Hotel is located only a minute walk from Yokohama station North East A exit, very convenient having cafe and convenience store in the ground floor. Hotel is new and nice, staff are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Yokohama in the future!

Close to Yokohama station. You only walk 50m to the station, so even it’s hot or raining, it was very convenient to go shopping or eating out. Hotel is connected to a coffee shop and convenience store it was also great. Hotel stuff were so helpful and speak English. Hotel has laundry and microwave inside and water is filtered in the whole facility, it was a great feature. I highly recommend to stay this hotel.

Pleasant experience but the train”
The building is new and everything very tide and clean. The automated system for checkin and checkout is also a plus in the pandemic. Overall it was really positive experience but if you’re a light sleep you may feel annoyed by the trains noise all time. I didn’t realize about the train lines just next to the building, because I was blind by the 50% discount ;)

Staff was not that knowledgeable ”
Staff wasn't very knowledgeable..had to keep asking for things like room keys and WiFi password information. The breakfast is through the coffee shop next door and very basic. Close to Yokohama station but so ate other hotels

Close to subway trains and Yokohama station ”
A quiet hotel very close to Yokohama station; minutes from exit N East exit A. Convenient for those with large luggage and coming from airport via train. Many elevators and escalators around to get there. Toiletries at front desk and some more on each floor. Rooms are smaller according to NA standards but reasonable for Japan standards. Lots of USB plugs for charging electronics. Didn't use the wifi so no idea of the speed quality. Front desk staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast included with my booking was at Beck's coffee attached to hotel was very good. A full breakfast with yogurt, mini salad, bread, egg, drink and juice was 1 option. Choice of 3 sets to choose from. Definitely suggest it. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Family mart right next door with ample choices for food. Not always sold out at night. Can take buses to many tourists attractions from a bus stn that's close to Yokohama stn and minutes walking from hotel if you don't like to travel by subway or trains.

Like airport hotel”
Basic - but clean and location convenient. However the rooms look over Yokohama station and you can hear the trains even though I was on top floor. BTW breakfast very basic coffee and a roll But hotel price right
