Best of its class”

I travelled with a 20inch luggage and a bike luggage. when choosing hotel, accessibility is my priority. I took a direct bus from Haneda Airport and stop at the bus stop in front of Lawson which is diagonally across the hotel junction, which is only a few min walk away. JR line is about 10mins walk away and subway is just right outside the hotel entrance. Size of room is acceptable even with 1 bicycle in the room and I still have enough place to store my bike luggage at the corner and walk in and out of the room. And highly recommended for those who prefer a stiffer bed and pillow. Hotel not only provide standard shaver and cream but also provide after shave lotion and toner and even sun block. Is also close to many attractions. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I ever travel to Yokohama again.

-You can place your luggage in the hotel if u arrive early before check-in time. -The staff super friendly, they will take care of your luggage and gently teach you how to use the check-in machine. -Flexsible and more easiest way to check-in and out method with self-checkin machine. -Strategic location, it located near the subway station so you wont have to walk far to reach the Inn. -You can get the amenities at the lobby, there are variety of amenities such as comb, toothbrush and even razor for you to use.

We love this hotel for its excellent location and convenience. It is within walking distance of nearby attractions, malls and cafes. The train station is just a minute walk from the hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. The service is par excellent, especially Ms Matsumoto, who went the extra mile to help us with finding the best car parking facilities and advice.

Easy to access major facilities and attractions for both business and sightseeing . This time price was so attractive. And also all hotel staffs I met there were friendly and kind , helpful. Great Location”

Aside from the really nice room, the location of Sotetsu Fresa Inn was the best part. Almost everything on our 2 day itinerary were within walking distance. And Yokohama World Porters was a just a bridge away. The staffs were also helpful, and gave us great tips on how to get discounted tickets for the big wheel at Cosmoworld and one way ride via Yokohama Air Cabin.
