Great location, friendly hotel”
my husband and i enjoyed our stay at the sotetsu fresa. wile the proximity to the train station was amazing (it's pretty much in the same building), it is about a 10 or 15 minute train ride from the main part of yokohama. this wasn't a problem, but i had thought we were staying closer to the city than we ended up. but it worked out well because there were so many good places to eat and drink nearby, while the area around yokohama station seemed much less lively. the bathroom was crazy small but met our needs, and the staff were very friendly. it was very nice to be able to do my laundry on site also!

Nice Pleasant & Quiet Stay ”
Our family of 4 enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Easy check-in with only issue was that breakfast was provided for 2 instead of 4. They explained that it is a Agoda issue and Agoda will give us a refund, we look forward to receiving the refund for the missed out 3 mornings nice Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Totsuka breakfast for 2 persons. Simple but well equipped”
It was really a pleasant stay in Sotetsu Fresa. The room is rather small but is very well-equipped. Room is clean and tidy. Is located very near to the train station with shops nearby. However, I took some time to locate the entrance of the Inn. Food are easily available when hungry. Staffs can speak good english. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and I would recommend others to stay over there.

Hotel is conveniently located at Totsuka train station but a fair distance to Yokohama CBD. That said, Totsuka is a large train station with many shops and food outlets nearby.. Some Narita NEX trains will stop at this station. Hotel would be considered to be an old but clean local ' business' type. Adequate buffet breakfast is provided in the breakfast only dining room. No English TV programs available. Good access to free Wi-FI.

Nice and clean room, 2 mins walk from JR station”
The hotel is located just next to JR station. We got to the hotel from airport by the through train (Narita Express) in around one hour only. There are shopping centres and nice resturants nearby. The curry udon is one of our favourites. The room is very clean. Staff's English is good enough for us to communicate. One down side is no WIFI in room, just in the lobby area. The variety of breakfast is little. As we stayed more than one night, provision of Japanese breakfast is suggested. I'll surely return on our next visit to Yokohama.

A comfy quiet hotel with hight tech room service”
This was my first to stay in Yokohama and the hotel was exactly as i expected. As the lobby is located on the 3rd floor, you just need to press the communicator to get inside the building for the very 1st time. The service was excellent and efficient. Most of the thing you can do it yourself as it comes with a high tech tools. The room was very clean, big enough compare with common rooms in Japan. When you pick a smoking room, they provide air purifier and a very nice smell sprayer to neutralize the smoke. Surrounding was quiet silence, few small shops, restaurants and a shopping mall are located exactly across the road.

A pleasant surprise”
Location is superb!!! It is near Totsuka metro station and next to a bus terminal which has direct bus to Narita Airport (timing is limited though). Hotel is connected to shopping mall with many restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Very convenient!!! Hotel looks new, room is clean, bed is comfortable though toilet is a bit small. Staff are not very well versed in English but they tried their best to provide info and directions.

Location is good, 3mins from station to hotel, Room is clean, toilet is rather big, queen size bed, enough place to open 1 suitcase on the floor. If going to yokohama and kamakura, it will be a great mid-point for stay!

friendly, helpful staff...clean room”
It was only for a night. I was sightseeing in Yokohama but the staff allowed me to leave my bag there before check-in so I was free to spend the day going around. They also helped me to figure out the trains and buses to find the places I wanted to see and the breakfast buffet was good.

This hotel was right next to JRTotsuka station, and Sushi ro --one of the famous revolving sushi restaurants. We enjoyed our lunch there. The room was small, but clean. Their amenities selections in the lobby were nice. I booked their rooms because of their sale price with "welcome drink" offer. it sounded like a special deal, but it was a
