Pictures look better than reality”
We were very confused how this place was rated so high. The photos make the family room look much nicer than it is. When we got there, the workers just gave us the key to our room without showing us where the bathrooms or anything else was. The beds were just mattresses on wooden pallets and we had to ask for bed sheets and towels. I don’t mind having to make my own bed but we had to go looking for the staff who disappeared very quickly after we arrived to ask for them. The bathrooms got really dirty very quickly in the mornings so get in early if you want to shower. The location was great though and the prices were reasonable compared to other places when booking last minute but kinda of pricey overall for what you get

Soul Kitchen is situated in the heart of old Tbilisi. Price is very reasonable. Staff are very cooperative and even they guide you about your tour plan. Cleans and nice airy rooms. A big nice kitchen is for everyone. People from different nationalities get together on a breakfast table and get mix up like family. Orkhan and Niki’s mom are very friendly and helpful, I can never forget them. During my stay in Soul Kitchen, Orkhan becomes my best friend. Niki, also becomes my best friend. I ❤️ love her sooo much.

Mouldy toilets, ok beds”
The staff was very nice and helpful. For the location, the price is really Cheap and in very central location, walking distance to metro and old town. There were electric plugs at every bed. cleanliness an issue, the toilets were really mouldy and the floor was wet and the sinks had weird gooey stuff inside. The smoking area and back door was just outside the window of the mixed dormitory so it gets very loud and u could smell the smoke when people smoke and talk outside. The beds were ok.

Host Mr. Orhan is very nice guy. Very friendly and kind he treates us well. All famous places is on walking distance so you are saving alot of money not to spend on taxis or metro. Bathrooms and toilets very conjusted and common area also very tiny. But as cheap they offer so its value for money bcz it is situated only 1 min Walk from freedom Square. Thanks to Mr. orhan for hosting well. İ will recommend this hostel specially for solo travelers. gro

Place is good, very good location, land lady is very corporate and helpful. Only Russian staff lady is very rude with foreigners, If you are from russia she speaks very polite, if no then she don’t like you to stay here in this hostel.

Cleaning is severely lacking”
Although the staff was kind, the floor was sticky, all rooms were smelly, and all bathrooms lacked a deep clean. Compared to other hostels in Tbilisi at a similar price range, I wouldn't recommend this one until the cleaning aspect improves.

旅舍位置就在老城里，去景点或者出行都很方便。员工也很热情，英文都很好，有什么困难他们都会尽力帮你。不过房间靠马路边，晚上有时候会比较吵。

员工很热情周到，可能是老房子的原因，房间不够整洁干净，床铺也不太舒服。一些员工和老客人聊天太大声，有点打扰到我休息。总体对得起这个价格，希望能改善一下硬件设施
