SoMo Beach Resort provided exactly what we needed: the room was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and most importantly the facilities were amazing. We spent time at all 3 pools; the semi-hidden tranquility pool was our favorite. We loved lounging in the hammocks and on the pier overlooking the water. The location was perfect, right on Duval Street but still very quiet and private. We really wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Disappointing experience Overall”
My husband and I were looking for a higher-end relaxing hotel experience in Key West. When we got to the hotel to check in we were hit with an additional $60 a day for "resort" and parking fees, neither of which were included in our final booking price. This was quite upsetting and we were eventually able to get them to remove it but only after a lot of stress. Our "garden view" room had views of a parking lot, a bunch of exhaust fans, and a very busy street (Duval). Absolutely no garden. We were lured in to this place by the picture of the long dock with beach chairs stretching out into the ocean. It looked very peaceful, tranquil and relaxing. The reality of this place was much different. It was not relaxing at all. There is loud music blasting everywhere and rowdy guests. We might as well have been at the Jersey shore. If you want spring break for adults then this is a great place for you. It was not quite the vibe we were looking for.

Broken glass, broken locks, broken trust”
This place was a total disaster. When we first went to our room, a "Petit queen" it was a dark bunker. The only place in Key West with no sun. Only one high window, which faced a brick wall, tucked under a balcony. More "last resort" than "ocean resort". Uncharacteristically, I asked to be moved to another room and was told the only other available rooms were $80 more per night. When we were given keys to the new room, they didn't work., and no one at the desk could help. We had to call a technician to come and repair the lock. This happened 4 more times in our 2 night stay, each time going to the front desk and then waiting outside for help, at all hours. When we finally went into the room the first time, there was broken glass all over the floor, which I didn't realize until I stepped on it, twice. The on-site starbucks charged double what every other starbucks in America charges for a coffee, and a plastic cup of beer at the pool cost $10. Total garbage.

We are a family of 6 with kids ages 1-11. We stayed at the beach w/partial ocean views. We enjoyed the ability to walk to beach, Southernmost Marker, Old Town Trolley, restaurants, Butterfly Conservancy, & Duval. The Shore pool w/ food & drinks was perfect. Great staff at every level.

Hotel in toller Lage,jedoch Preis,- Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmig”
Das Hotel ist natürlich durch die exponierte Lage sehr gut gelegen, direkt 2 Min. fussläufig zum Southernmost Point u. in 1 Min ist man auf der Duval Street, der Standard ist unserer Meinung max. 3 Sterne, die Zimmereinrichtung entspricht grundsätzlich der Hotelbeschreibung,jedoch ist die Klimaanlage(Standard 90er Jahre),bei uns im Souterrain direkt vor dem Waschbecken in Höhe von einem Meter angebracht(bei eingeschalter voller Leistung muss man schauen daß man sich nicht direkt erkältet)Die Lautstärke tut Ihr übriges dabei. Am Strand, überall nur Seegras, wird zwar ab u zu teilweise entfernt, optisch natürlich ein Reinfall, diverse Aufteilungen der Pools durchaus gelungen u sauber,Personal war immer sehr freundlich, wir waren im Rahmen unserer Flitterwochen 6 Tage dort, unser Zimmer mit partiellen Meerblick war von der Lage schön, die Zimmer sind hellhörig(man hört die Nachbarn z.b. Schnarchen )bedingt durch die Konstruktion der Holzhäuser u Wänden geschuldet...

서던모스트포인트 옆에 있습니다. 위치도 좋고 바로 앞에 있는 바닷가에서 감동적인 일출을 보기에 매우 좋았습니다. 구역별로 풀장이 있어서 사람이 많이 붐비지 않아 놀거나 쉬기에도 좋았습니다.

Vi bokade ett rum med partial ocean view. Det var inte så partial vissde det sig, vi hade jättefin utsikt mot havet. De två queen bed-sängarna var rymliga, man fick plats två vuxna i en säng utan problem. Hotellområdet var välskött och jättefint. Det enda som inte var tipptopp var restaurangen, den var inte alls lika fin som resten av hotellet. Stranden var inte heller superfin pga mängder av sjögräs som låg vid strandkanten. På det stora hela – en superhärlig hotellupplevelse!
