"Don't let the curb appearance deter you - the charm of this boutique hotel is hidden out back! The price paid for amenities is more than fair; and the reason we chose this hotel in the first place. The rooms are updated with tile floors, fresh paint and updated bathrooms, plantation shutters and comfortable king bed. There is a clean, good sized pool with pool towels available. The hotel seemed busy when we were there, but guests were quiet and there was no noisy partying by the pool - did not see any children or guests under 30 during our two night stay. It is definitely appropriate for a couple's getaway - not families. Another bonus is the included breakfast in a charming room (also can eat outside if it's not too hot). The breakfast is more than adequate to start you on your day even if there are no hot items (pancakes, eggs etc.). The staff was friendly and accomodating. Pleasant trip all in all."
