Staff made no attempt to welcome or chat to us on arrival, at breakfast or on departure. Large room , tiny double bed, tired furniture. Most items missing off breakfast menu, no fruit, no bakery, no cheese, no haggis, one juice, one flavour yogurt, no honey or marmite. Pay a wee bit more if you want somewhere nice to stay!
