        If you are in the budget market and exploring Nakhon Phanom then this is a good base. The room was simple, but clean. The sandals for the shower were a nice little touch! The hotel is well located quite close to the Naga Monument and the walking street market and associated streets.

        Good value in convenient location”

        Well-positioned hotel only 10 minutes walk from Indo Chinese street market and Mekong River. Clean, quiet room and helpful staff. Good car park. No food served (only drinks and snacks) but there are plenty of reasonable restaurants close by. Happy to stay there again.

        This was a great place to stay in Nakhon Phanom! The location is perfect. It's right in the downtown area with easy access to most everything. The Hotel is clean and comfortable. We had no problems staying here at all. The thing that made SP Residence such a great place to stay was the owners. They were extremely helpful as this was our first time to the city. They made arrangements for transportation when we needed it and gave us great advice on places to eat, where to exchange money, and things like that. I would highly recommend SP Residence as a place to stay in Nahkon Phanom!

        The hotel is located in a quiet area. Several smaller stores are located within a 10 minutes walk. Restaurants are located also nearby.

        Spacious & clean room, good location”

        Good location, everything is within walking distance (abt 1 km) or you can rent their bicycle, very cheap. Owners were very kind and friendly. I recommend this place for those who travels to Nakorn Phanom.
