Lovely stay in this accommodation.. good location. Great stuff : *Beds *Showers *Tracey the housekeeper *Quality of furnishings Areas for improvement; *Needs a choice of breakfast and time delivered- no option for either * illuminated emergency exit sign in room removed - not building regulations unless you are in a cinema - this kept us awake * needs a mini fridge in the room

Disappointed - take care with your room choice”
I was very excited to stay at this establishment, but I am afraid it failed to live up to some of the hype. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room for three nights on the second level. The room was quite small and there were only basic tea and coffee-making facilities available. For a place that advertises itself as a luxury place to stay, I would have expected a mini fridge at the very least, as well. My mistake for not checking, but you make certain assumptions about what you will be getting when the word luxury is thrown around. Beyond the size of the room, the curtain does not fully block out the light and there is a green emergency exit sign inside of the room, which is constantly on and prevents a good night sleep. I have stayed in countless hotels and never encountered this issue. Additionally, the room ran quite hot, despite us leaving the window open and turning the heating off. They also only provide you with one pillow. I did not manage to get a single good night's rest. The bathroom was fine, but only one towel is provided per person. Further, daily housekeeping does not occur. If you are going to charge a luxury price tag, these are important details that must be included. If you want to be more eco-friendly or use some other excuse not to do it, then you need to revise the way in which you are marketing the rooms. I don't even necessarily expect all the linen and towels to be changed, but part of the joy of going on holiday is returning to a tidy room after you have been out engaging in activities all day. The breakfast hamper was quite limited and not enjoyable. It consisted of a croissant, which was hot (and had jam inside - which I didn't realise the first day and burned my mouth), juice, two apples and overnight oats. Some people might enjoy overnight oats, but I was not able to eat them.
