Reasonable price”
The room size is fair, and the hotel provided basic necessities. The only thing was staffs was a bit rude as we could not communicate well in English. Location was fine as it’s very close to some tourist spots, convenient for drivers as they offer free car park right next to hotel. My only concern was that I saw a big mosquito once I entered my room... otherwise fair for a few nights stay

Front desk staff with obsessive, compulsive disorder”
The worst experience in my life. The front desk staff had some sort of obsessive, compulsive disorder. He wanted me to drive away from the parking space in front of the hotel, not even allowing me to unload my wife and luggages first. He asked me to park on a gravel lot next to the hotel and to tie back the entry rope after driving into the parking. Fine! One second after I parked, his fingers hammered onto my side mirror, asking to fold it. Jesus! I shut the engine and got off the car, when yelling back, "Okay, Okay, I got you! The mirror will fold by itself! " I armed the car alarm and the mirror folded. Every other customer was allowed to park at the parking space in front of the hotel. At late night, there was 1 space left. He asked me to park back. I felt like a humble servant.

The room is clean and the price is reasonable. But very afraid of the front desk staff as his attitude is sometimes very odd. TV will be switched on suddenly at 7:00 am every morning: we were shocked and waken at the first time.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed. Japanese is well known for their service and hospitality, not this hotel. All foreigners should not stay at this hotel. The manager discriminates foreigners. We had parked at the side of the hotel entrance as it was more convenient. I have alighted first to check in. He asked me for my reservation name. After I have told him, he asked my husband to shift the car. He directed him to the car park further away. I asked him why he didn’t tell us to unload our luggages, he just replied he’s sorry and the parking is here. There are a few cars parked in front of the hotel entrance. I have read on the reviews that he had done so to some of the guests but there no answer to why he did it. We went out for our dinner. When we came back, we saw a car parked in the original lot which we had parked. When we came into the lobby, we saw a young Japanese couple checking in. Apparently he can parked in front of the hotel entrance but not us

hotel is small and close before 8p.m. without any facility or onsen/hot spring but it's close to famous tourists spots like sandanbeki, etc. Would consider paying higher hotel rate with better facilities and convenient location with beach for driving another 0.5-0.7km .

久しぶりに泊まってみたら”
今回 1年2ヶ月ぶりにお願いしました。 すると、お部屋のトイレがウォシュレットに、 各部屋にwifiが来ていました。 嬉しいぃ。 以前は 一階に降りて ロビーなどで ダウンロードしていたのですが、 お部屋で出来るのは 助かります。 久しぶりの利用なのに 私を憶えていてくださって いつものお部屋に振り分けてくださいました。 ありがとうございます。 白浜に泊まる時は 必ず来ますね。 今後もよろしくお願いいたします。
