I recently stayed in a private room at Space AJITO and while the room was clean and spacious, I was bothered by the cigarette smell that was present. Even though it was only a slight smell, it was noticeable and made my stay less comfortable. The guesthouse is located in a happening area in Kofu and it's only a 15-minute walk from Kofu station, which was very convenient for me. The shared bathroom was always clean and available when I needed it, which was a plus. I paid the price of a usual dorm room, but with a private room, and I believe it was reasonably priced. However, if you're sensitive to cigarette smoke, I would recommend looking for other options as the smell might be bothersome. Overall, my stay at Space AJITO was decent but the cigarette smell did detract from my experience.

隣室の いびきに降参です。”
エアコンでも故障したかのような、ものすごい音が。。。隣室の イビキが全く朝まで響き、降参でした。宿泊施設には非がありません。あれだけ大きなイビキなら、このような施設に泊まることは、避けたほうが良い方と思います。自覚はないのかな？（笑）
