We stay for 2 nights, breakfast included. The food was good, less choices which i prefer. The staff was friendly with smile on the face, especially Ms Thu Qu Yen. She can speak in chinese very well, and she leaded us to airport by booking grab for us.

Will not comeback again. Cabs can not go to the hotel since it's located in a narrow street. You must walk about 100 meters with your luggage or get there on scooters. The elevator doesn't work properly. I was stucked in the elevator about 2 or 3 minutes at the mid-night.

Disappointing room”
Room and bathroom was too small. Window view was on the wall of the next building. You could smell and see mold in the bathroom. Toilet and shower were merged together. Hotel rooms need renovation. On the positive site, breakfast was nice with good variety and staf was really helpful.

when I reached to here, the staff introduce me a room on the top. Going to my room, I have to walk from elevator. The highest floor wasn't elevator. In addition, the cleaning of room was terrible. This space filled of dust smell. there are unknown long hair on the bed. (I'm man.) If you are okay to sleep anyplace, It doesn't matter. But If not, DO NOT BOOK this hotel.

Superior queen room not so superior..”
Booked a superior queen room at the Splendid Holiday Hotel. When we checked in they showed us a small room, with an even smaller shower that looked extremely dirty. They stated that we could stay there (stating that it was the room we had booked through Agoda) or that they can upgrade us to a much better room, but in a different hotel. We took the upgrade as we felt there wasn’t really another option, in hindsight we should’ve asked for what we had booked in the hotel we had booked in but the language barrier made communication very difficult. The room that they did take us to was at the Splendid Pearl Hotel - we were on the top floor with no elevator. The room was very average and dirty. Very small and not at all what was promised to us. The hallways had rubbish and just random stuff like mattresses and fans laying around. We also got laundry done, which they tried to over charge us for by 2kg. The whole experience felt like a big scam and we were very disappointed.

Terrible Experiance”
At check-in we were told to move to a different hotel about a kilometer away. We had booked a junior suite with a large balcony however we were given a small and basic room. We had to stay for the one night and checked out first thing in the morning to find suitable accommodation. Fortunately AGODA refunded the next 2 nights of our booking.

They gave us a very bad Room, we were told not to Open the windows so nobody could stole our things. A personal from staff entered to our room without knocking the door. I felt insecure in this hotel. The breaksfast is terrible. They sell a buffet breakfast but it is a lie. Terrible coffe too.

They show a fancy premium rooms cruise called Santa Maria and they you get a run down, poor hygiene, extra charges, nails coming out of the woodwork in the rooms. The only bad cheating experience we had in Vietnam

Our rooms was very new, modern, clean, great facilities and nice view, great raining shower and comfortable bed. The hotel location is great close to many good restaurants, coffee shops, beautiful Hoan Kiem lake and shopping ... how ever, Splendid Holiday hotel than many Boutique hotels in Asia that's about their staffs was awesome, super friendly, amazing and cute, i'm feeling my home when we been their. - The hotel is well-located, in a small street which protects you from the noisy roads and very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and all must-sees ! You have lots of good restaurants and many businesses around which enable to immerse yourself into the real vietnamese life. - As for the staff, all people who form the staff, were friendly and helpful. We were well received, that's why we decided to extend our stay here. A piece of advice : don't wait for week-end to book your nights, the price can easily double with Agoda :) - Breakfast were OK, not bad but we prefered to eat outside. - Rooms are modern, big and always clean. We did to booked only 1 night stay on Agoda.com website and upon arrival, we booked our amazing tour package 10days 9nights as Halong Bay 2 days 1night on V’Spirit Cruise , Sapa - Babe trip 4days 5nights and Hoa Lu -Tam Coc in Ninh Bình 1day trip by Mrs Kelly was supper , amazing Tour and secret deal . Our family room at Splendid Holiday was large and very clean . Their Staff was supper friendly , charming and they are always try to help us with big smiles and special Mrs Kelly help us to booked the amazing package . Please ask staff if you want to look for the best restaurant, great coffee shop , good place to seeing in Hanoi . Very good location with near the Church , walking distance, quiet place .. Excellent hotel with very good arrangement ”
I and girlfriend was book one 1 night stay because we didn’t have any plans before arrival to hotel. But very surprise when we arrival to hotel we got very friendly service with welcome drink and free Hanoi map . Special the hotel manager , she was recommended us the place to visit in Hanoi and where an have the good food . Supper amazing is she help us to arrange the Package Tour with : Hanoi city Tour , street food Tour , Hoa Lu Tam Coc full day trip , Halong 2 days 1 night overnight on 3 star boat ( cruise name : V’Spirit cruise ) . Sapa 2days 3nights . She also help us book the flight ticket to Ho CHi Minh and the Mekong Delta trip 2days1night . All the trip was perfect, we really enjoy and save time . All staff take care us very well during we stay at hotel . Special between each tour we have short rest at hotel but they welcome us with very nice service like free shower, free coffee , tea , juice .. thanks Kelly and Splendid Holiday team .
