We booked 2 types of rooms. Family suite & executive suite. Exec suit gets special parking at the lobby. Rooms are really spacious. Amenities complete with toothbrush & all that are usually not at mid range hotel. The only downside is they we having maintenance and it takes 1 night to get hot water back

Same decor as 10years ago”
Recently book this hotel for my family quick family trip. Easy to check-in, depo RM50 per room you ordered, and received a complimentary Christmas present (Red/Green Mug). I have previously stayed in this hotel and come to conclude it still use its previous room decor. I would recommend to book a room with a window or deluxe room and above as the no window option is not my cup of tea. I am not good with tight surroundings. The amenities is complete and usable. The hotel is near kedai runcit (just across the street) if you suddenly want midnight Maggi. Hahaha

1. Staff very helpful 2. Breakfast is good because my children have several options to choose from 3. Fridge, safety box, praying for muslims, hangers, kettle, free mineral drinks, instant coffee, toiletries were given by the hotel. 4. TV and WIFI also available 5. Iron and iron board were located outside the room. 6.No pool 7. Price rate for family room is quite pricey - RM270 for 1st night and 2nd night which cost around RM290(Booking separately) 8. Restaurants and shops are nearby

My favourite hotel! Everything is beautiful, start from lobby till room. Perfect! Beautiful. My second time stay at this hotel. We love it so much. The most comfortable bed I have slept in. The staff approachable and helpful. Good job! Definitely we will stay at this excellent hotel on our next trip to Penang. We not choose other hotel than Deluxious Luxurious Heritage Hotel!

If it's categorized as a budget hotel, i would say it's a nice one. Comfortable bed & pillows, clean bedsheet. Someother 4/5 star hotels dont even care to change their bedsheet! Powerful shower with hot water. I would stay here again if i visit taiping next time.
