Our room was not even in st marteen. It was changed to st Lucia Room NOT clean and facing parking”

Would have liked to have spoken to a person. We were put in another unit which was not even view of beach we were facing a parking lot and room was very dirty. We found underwear socks candy frenchfries etc and mold was so bad we wore shoes in shower I really like silver shells but lots of work needs for upkeep. When I book a pacific room I expect to get it I tried for weeks to get this taken care of and finally got someone to text but still left it to me to find another room and everything was already booked. Then the day we were here then email finally from booking . Com says sorry but looks like we are taken care of. I will never use booking . Com again
