West London’s hidden gem”

We have stayed at St. Paul’s a number of times now, it’s a special hotel. Given it’s location - minutes from bustling Hammersmith Broadway - it’s so quiet and calm, unhurried, clean and with all the facilities you’d want for a short stay. “Classic” rooms aren’t massive, but because it’s a converted building, the high ceilings mean the rooms feel much more spacious than typical chain hotels. Similarly the shared areas are tidy, warm and use the character of the building without being gimmicky. Rooms have comfortable beds, small fridges with bottles of water and enough space for your own bits. We had a walk-in shower with rain-head, quiet air-conditioning and staff who look like they enjoyed working there! Restaurant and room service menus looked good, but we didn’t use it this time. Only thing that would be nice would be bigger cups/mugs in the room.

Great Place”

Architecturally it was lovely, comfort was great, the staff were great (and I mean GREAT) We didn't eat there but managed a few drinks at the amazingly well stocked bar - they have over 400 whiskey's!!! The bar manager was amazingly well versed in all of them and had great patience in explaining the differences to us. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet was VERY warm (point to mention too warm for ladies of a certain age!!). The bathroom was clean and lovely

Best stay in London”

Very comfortable room, crisp, clean, cozy. Comfy bed. Very clean and spacious bathroom with tasteful soaps, shampoo, lotion. Quiet and peaceful. Next door to St. Paul garden with lovely grassy areas, benches, and foliage. 5 minutes walk to Tube stations. Near good restaurants and supermarket. Free Wifi, water, etc. Fridge. Perfect holiday hotel for our small family. Would definitely go back!

Lovely room ”

I found the room really comfortable and the shower room was beautiful and the staff couldn’t do enough. I was suddenly unwell with flu so lay in my bed for 17 hours and the staff squeezed lemons for me and gave me honey and hot drinks. I was better looked after than I would have been at home!

Great Hotel &Great Staff”

Situated not too far from a good tube station this is a hotel I’ve stayed at a few times. Each room is different and in keeping with the character of the building and yet comes with all modern facilities. The staff are very helpful and friendly, nice dining room where we had breakfast but not dinner. The bar drinks are very reasonable for London. I can recommend this hotel for a pleasant and quiet stay.

Well after booking in at another apartment near by we was forced to make a booking at the last minute as the property was not fit for anyone. So found this hotel on Google search and wow the outside looked so pretty and when looking at photos we was like is this place really. We booked in late and was given a amazing huge room we couldn't fault anything with the service provided and we would defo being coming back if we needed to stay near Olympia again.

Great hotel, some processes are clumsy”

This is a great hotel right next to a park (some rooms overlooking to it). I stayed over a week altogether in room 14 which is a disabled standard double room overlooking the park and right above the reception desk. If it was the hotel only, I would give 5star, but I found the staff’s communication at times clumsy/ some personnel came across almost arrogant- hence I’d give a 3-4 star for this stay. I requested an upper floor and bright room away from swing doors and elevators, because I have bad experiences with noise levels of hotels and I had to work during my stay. The first thing the reception was trying to put me into a ground floor back side room close to the staircase and a very busy hallway close to the restaurant. I am quite allergic to when hotels don’t respect (or don’t read) my requests especially when they see I arrived solo, some think I would find it okay to be accomodated in a less favourable room. It upsets me when I come across this approach- so I refused which was taken somewhat personally. I then was moved to room 14 which, although the receptionist wouldn’t share that it would be disabled which was again bad experience, but in the end I was happy with it as it overlooked the park, was clean, spacious and bright, so I could work. The restaurant downstairs has a few tables under the window but they closed in due time in the evening so there were no late night noises coming from the restaurant, I slept like a baby. The other negative things I would mention though is the lack of communication between teams, therefore I had to repeatedly ask for turning off the music in the hall as the bass would travel up into the room, and that I would not need daily cleaning during my stay. The rest of the stay was fine and by the end of my stay the reception staff got used to my presence and they got nicer, there was one of them who even asked about my stay and how I felt, which I found really thoughtful and wish the rest of the staff would be like him. All

Fabulous place within an easy walk of a train station, a couple of tube stops, bike and scooter hire.
