Fabulous Resort”
A little dated but overall a fabulous stay and the staff are just so very lovely. The hotel grounds are beautiful. I loved my hot tub on my balcony even in November. :)

Beautiful location. Buses to town weekdays every 15min and Sundays every 30min. Big grocery store near by. Staff friendly and helpful. Gorgeous spa

Our 40th Wedding Anniversary weekend!”
We spent our honeymoon in Guernsey and had never been back so decided to celebrate this milestone back on this lovely island! We were kindly upgraded by the hotel. Lovely staff, enjoyed the spa on our last day. Breakfast was a little disappointing, buffet style and the hot food was rather dry but dinner was delicious. We also ate lunch at The Terrace which was tasty too.

OK, but many things missing for a 4* hotel”
I went for recovery from a fractured wrist (I was in a very visible plaster cast). Reception staff on arrival requested I needed to fill in a form by writing on it. I couldn't. Staff need to open their eyes to the blantantly obvious and anticipate potential need. None offered, nor seen. No help to my room. Exceptional customer service is intrinsically linked to recognition of need without request. NONE FOUND HERE THEN. My stay was alright, but nothing exceptional. Room clean, however, the pillows and duvet were so thin you could read the newspaper through them. I asked for 2 more pillows and another duvet + a heater (room freezing cold) to top up what I had. They took over an hour to arrive at 11pm. Website told me they would pick me up and drop me off at the airport. THEY DID NOT. They had my flight details but I had to pay a taxi both ways. POOR. If you don't do it, don't offer it online, it's all about expectations you have created by your own hand at St Pierre. Bad start. My stay was ordinary/adequate, not the 4* experience I had anticipated, sadly.

A wonderful place to visit”
I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. The only problem is that it isn't easy to get to the Channel Islands from Germany as there's no direct flight. Unfortunately, there was a group of volleyball players staying at the hotel and the drunker they got (in the hotel bar on each of the 3 nights we were there) the louder they became, making "normal" guests avoid the bar.

Nice staff, good facilities”
very dissatisfied with agoda as hotel had not advised i had paid in full for 4 nights stay. i had to sit in reception while they checked after i had been presented with the cost again. very embarrassing.
