"This is the amazing place especially for visitors wishing to stay in the Skye for a longer period. 1. Mr. Mckenzie, the host, is amazing old gentleman. He was so welcoming, happy to do all he could to make our stay comfortable. Also, he has vast knowledge about the island. 2. The house is close to the beautiful beach and many great spots for hiking. The bus is not frequent, but it stops in Mackenzie shop, where the barn is located. Good connection to major spots in north part of the island. 3. The house is comfortable, cozy, and Mr. McKenzie who was so welcoming had a peat fire ready for us. As the island could have four seasons a day, this makes us very warm and special. "
