              Nice ocean view”

              Spacious room with nice sea view. Water dispenser with cold and warm water in room. Very friendly staff. Location is somewhat off - good if you want to relax - but there are not really any restaurants in walking distance so scooter is a must. Beach not for swimming.

              Nice Place ”

              Spacious room with kitchenette. AC, bathroom nice. Poor wifi, not very close to the Alona Beach and all the activities so you have to rent a scooter. First their guy charged us 500 pesos per day, then after negotiation he went down to 400 but near alona beach prices were 350. Be careful. Friendly staff.

Thank you for all your feed back it helps me improve our services to cater for our guests convenience. We don`t rent scooters we only arrange and use the one we know is reliable. Scooter price is defending on the make, duration and extra services like collect and drop. Some renters dont drop or pick up at your location that maybe the case for P350 price in Alona. Always negotiate. Lovely friendly couple, will have you back at anytime.

              The owners are nice”

              Pros - great location (near the beach), friendly staff and owners, airconditioning and hot shower works well, Christian (the all around staff) was very accommodating and nice Cons - very basic, no daily house keeping (wish they changed the sheets everyday)

              It has almost everything you need. The room we occupied has a small kitchen where you can cook and a water dispenser. We borrowed a rice cooker for our rice. The shower also has heater. There’s a fan and aircondition too. What you see in the picture is exactly the same in person. The beach is few steps away but not recommended for swimming.

              Good location for the beach, I'd recommend a scooter to get to Alona and other sights, restaurants etc. Nice and clean room, friendly staff, refillable water which is excellent!

              Place is good. Quiet neighborhood, but the beach is not good...not appropriate for swimming as there are big logs, stones and docking area for fishing boats and divers' boats.

              I`m really sorry about your inconvenience John. You can contact me at anytime on the phone ( free calls)at the reception if you have any queries. I have also put up a note in the room in regards to this, maybe you didn't see. I also investigated the local boat man. I was told that you booked with him the night before and when he turned up early morning to pick you up for the island trip, you cancelled without notice, maybe its just a misunderstanding. I will take note of your concern to make sure that locals will not bother or chase. Thank you for your review, this will help me improve our services.

              英語が通じない。 オーナーがいない。 9時～4時しかスタッフがいない。 テレビ見れない。 部屋の造り、清潔度はフィリピンスタンダード。居心地悪い。 ヘアードライヤーも当然なし。 やっぱりフィリピンはホテルの方が良いね。Airbnb のオーナーがアゴダにも出してるみたい。だからホテルのようなサービスは受けられない。
