The apartment requires great attention to the details of cleanness. Many of apartment's facilities are not cleaned, dirty walls, underneath dining table and cupboard.. Old furniture, especially the sofaset must be replaced. Smelly towels and toielts. If next door decided to cock, so be prepared for a complete smelly apartment , spreading the smells all over.

I checked in at 9pm no restaurants were open and hotel it self has no restaurant. In kitchen has burner and fridge were not working. Bed sheets not properly cleaned. Breakfast delivered to room in box and no tea or coffee given.

We stayed in one bedroom. The amenities is not same shown in photos. washing machine and oven not available. we need to ask for gas. there was water under the bed. maybe due to cyclone hit recently. the room given to us was smaller than shown in photo. no restaurant onsite. the staff were helpful. two bedroom we're looking big. but single bedroom was small. the beds were comfortable. have to request for room cleaning

Hotel is located in a very convenient place which are very close to the main shopping mall and dining area, easy access from airport and free parking. The accommodation is a standard apartment in middle east. Staff is helpful. I will stay here next time.

When we arrived, the first apartment allocated for us had some bad smell and the manager immediately change the apartment to another one. They serve water, coffee and Arabic coffee as complementary service for the guests. Staff are friendly and helpful.

rooms are good. but next to the hotel is a market which the customer blocks the whole of hotel parking and the staff dont do any things. we as the hotel customer have to park any frim hotel.

Unclean”
The room was visibly clean but upon inspection, there was one big cockroach hiding behind the curtains inside our room. My friend’s husband had to kill it using his slippers. During check out, another huge cockroach was freely roaming around the lobby!!! I told the receptionist about it yet they didn’t bother to check it out.

The water tap inside bathroom was leaking from the its sink and the room service never came and clean our departement , there is one spoon one knife and few plates and some pan , no boiler ??!! No tea or coffee , only provided us water first day , rest of days they didnot provide but really i didnot ask i was buying water anyway from outside markets, it needs more staff and facilities and some optimistic decorations indide the flat , the flat decoration is so plain
