We had a great time at Star Island Resort! The service was excellent. The staff and other guessts were fun and friendly. The grounds, room, spa area, pool area and facilities were all beautiful. I had a relaxing time at the spa. I had a great birthday with my best friend.

There is so much to do just in the resort. Not to mention all up and down 192. They have everything in the resort for you and kids to do. It’s awesome. The rooms are amazing as big as a full size apartment. Very beautiful!! Everything about this resort is amazing and I can’t wait to go back!

Check in very easy. Room was nice. Great facilities. Great staff, especially the gentleman working at the deli on the morning of May 9th. Lots of things to do. Now, some of the issues, The jets to the jacuzzi tub spit out dirt and bugs into the tub when I turned them on. Tub had soap scum all around it. Hot water ran out after I cleaned the tub out. Apparently, someone had their washer going, so I got no hot water. Internet kept going out. Poolside bar and deli close to early.

Place was very clean, well kept. The pools was awsome the only thing i would recommend for star island is another hot tub in pool area for guest it was very hard to get in being there was only one and was always full. The sauna was closed due to the Coronavirus so couldnt use any of that stuff. Was great that the property was smoke free could use some improvements in the bar areas but other than that i loved this place and will be staying there in the future.

Definitely spacious for a large group if I say the only thing it will be the 3 bedroom is not the standard bedroom. The third room is a let out couch but it does have a TV in there

The place was very nice. Meticulous clean. The staff were cleaning and disinfecting the pool chairs all the time. The only thing I can complain was the A/C was very cold in the Livingroom but warmer in the bedroom. The villa have everything need eventhough a dish soap. Bed were comfortable. The plce is well maintained. Qe will definitely come back more time.

Great property - make sure know all before go”
Only thing I would say is make sure you understand all the fee's prior to going and make sure to call ahead to verify your condo unit is all taken care of. We did end up at 2 different buildings on 2 different sides of property when they stated was in same building prior to arrival. Property - was beautiful and amazing - staff was very nice and everything was so so clean. Kids loved the pools and the life size chess set an jacuzzies.

We had a three bedroom. It was comfortable and spacious for all 7 of us. Full kitchen allowed us to eat in. Only downside is the last people left trash in the hallway that stank and I had to drag it to the trash chute. Staff did not pick it up.

we had a great time two very nice pools had a couple of bars and fun things to do. they had singing, dinners, bingo. the rooms were nice the beds comfortable the only down side was the laundry they were not in every building so you had to drag all your wash to only four units that had it unless you had a larger unit with laundry in it. would stay there again but only in a unit with a washer and dryer it was a pain doing the wash.

The check-in process was quite difficult and tasking long - Even though we spoke with their customer service department prior they didn't have reservations in correct manner so it took over 1hour to check in. Everything was wonderful at resort - its just when they get busy its stressed.

I had no issues with the unit I was assigned. Only had problems with the neighbors playing loud music into the night also being put on the 3rd floor when asked to be on the highest level because I'm very offsetted by any kind of repetitive noises meaning lots of traffic, parties, and kids running around and that's what I got above me. I didn't enjoy my stay due to guests not the hotel. But I must add that the beds are very small. I'm 5'6 and my feet were hanging off the bed by more than an inch.
