As part of our continued commitment to enhance our property and service, our two function halls that are located on the lower floors will be undergoing renovation. The renovation of the first function hall will start on February 16, 2023 to April 16, 2023 while the second hall will start on May 1, 2023 to July 31, 2023 from 8am to 6pm daily. As a result, there will be some construction noise expected.

Superstar stay”

We booked two rooms during our stay, one for the parents and us, sisters. The rooms we stayed at were newly renovated, however, the aircon in our room was leaking. The bathroom was clean but its tiles were incredibly slippery. Almost slipped twice. Wish they had a rubber rug instead of the basic floor towel. The room was clean and spot on. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The serving in their restaurant is huge. The smallest one can be good enough for 2-3 pax. They cook well nonetheless. I will stay here again when I visit Dagupan.

The location is perfect. The management has upgraded the facility making it look more modern. The friendly and wonderful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely go back to Star Plaza on my future visits to Pangasinan.

Really good chinese food in a hotel that is value for money”

For a town like Dagupan, the chinese food in this hotel is quite up to par and surprising really good. The hotel did'nt have a swimming pool or fitness center, but overall the location was great at the center of the city (overlooking the river), the staff are very attentive, and the newy renovated room is overall good value for money. We had a good sleep as well with the firm comfy bed. Just make sure to meticulously and fully close the black out curtains at night because the rooms are facing the morning sun.

My brother and his office mates had a research assignment in Pangasinan. They love the location of this hotel. The room that they got is overlooking the river. The staff is also wonderful.

basic and clean”

hotel is being renovated so rooms are improving. clean. staff very courteous. restaurant has large, mainly chinese menu. they do not have a business center for use of guests, if you need photocopying they will send it out and charge P6/sheet (much more than manila price). outside needs to be cleaned up a bit more, parking is limited but more spots available at their 2 start hotel which is even more basic but adequate. would recommend.

Will hopefully be back in this room. We had to clean out the Bath tub several times so you might want to request the stsff to clean if out before your enter the room. I definitely will. Overall through our stay was exquisite. Thanks!

This is my go-to hotel.”

When I visit Dagupan, I always stay at Star Plaza. Everything's good, it's just that the free water that they have is limited. Hoping next time they would offer free waters especially to those who stay long in their hotel. Because as for my visit this time, I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, and I remember only having 2 bottles for those 4 days of stay.
