They are two different resorts owned by the same owner. The one on the picture with pool is not fully developed yet. It means no restaurant, running water from generator, no Wi-Fi, etc. Very friendly caretaker who can bring you food or beer. Videoroke if you like to sing. It is at the end of the road, far from town. Owner was nice to honour my Agoda reservation even I had to come day later. Boats to Subic Beach are expensive unless you are in a larger group. Not so good option for solo traveller.
