As a regular traveler to Boracay, my wife and I have tried hotels in every spectrum. What we really like about The Lind is that flawless transfer from Airport, Jetty Port, and the hotel. I requested flowers prior to checking-in as it was our wedding anniversary so it took time to prepare the room. So we settled for lunch first at the Crust which offered an Asian/Filipino/Western cuisine. We ordered a Filipino lunch and was surprisingly good. After lunch, I just plan for a simple surprise to my wife. But the staff went overboard to my flowers request with a nicely printed flower design Happy Anniversary along with the complementary cake. So kudos to the hotel for this! Staff was very friend for every turn and trained to every details which I really like in a hotel. They have good service, nice view and ambiance, instagram worthy places and details and beach front that I considered the best in Station 1.

My stay at Ambassador hotel in Paradise was exceptional. It surpassed my expectations that I actually extended my stay for 4 more days (5/18-25/14). Special thanks to Janes Ruales, the amazing resort manager and her staff for taking care of me during my week-long stay! I strongly recommend this hotel! The location of this hotel in in Station 1 (Boracay is divided into stations 1, 2, and 3, with 1 being the best area). The hotel is right at the beach, where you can chill at the restaurant and enjoy your favorite drink and appetizer! The airport transfer was also great - the Ambassador staff was waiting for me and my group the moment we stepped out of the airplane. Upon arrival at the seaport, two more hotel staff greeted us and carried our bags. Overall, great hotel, great staff and absolutely worth every penny! Book this hotel with no hesitations!

Had a great 3d/2n stay at Fairways despite arriving Boracay on holy week. Would wanted to stay at white sand beachfront in Station 1 but the news said that around 6k tourists would be arriving on holy week. So we decided to stay away from the area as we have this 1yo baby. We opted to book in Fairways after reading the reviews. True enough, the place, facilities, pools and rooms are great. Beach They have their own private white beach but the sand is not as fine as in White Beach tho. Nevertheless, its still best on its own as there's no flock of crowd and view is breathtaking. Rooms stayed in grand premiere, 2 double beds, good AC, garden view, with good wash room, w toiletries, cable tv. The only problem we encountered is the shower floor, the water won't drained empty, so we need to use our slippers to push the water to drain. Transpo Hourly shuttle service from dmall to hotel. Transferring from hotel to other areas of Fairways is possible by shuttle as well.

I'm a regular guest at Two Seasons and I always stay here when I visit Boracay. Two Seasons has a high-end resort feel (for Boracay standards) and is one of the affordable beachfront resorts in Station 1. It's super close to Discovery Shores and Ambassador's in Paradise but is the most value for money among these places. (Station 1 is the quiet side of the Boracay white beach and is the best place to stay if you want to enjoy the beach in a relatively quiet atmposhere.) Although Typhoon Haiyan hit the Philippines a couple of weeks ago, Boracay remains largely unaffected. Yes, around 50% of the island has no electricity but you won't feel that at all in Two Seasons because they have a couple of quiet back up generators that can run the whole day so you can still use the air conditioner when at your room.

- Location in station 1 is quiet and few people so you can relax. You can leave your things in Maya restaurant while you swim along the beach. Resort is near station 2 if you want to eat out, shop or have some drinks - Food in Maya restaurant is delicious and value for money. Good mexican food and Jony's shake is the best! - Rooms are clean, spacious and value for money. They have CCTV and safe for security - Staffs are very friendly, honest and they provide the best service! Avail of their airport transfer for a stress-free travel

Our stay was great. We could've stayed longer. The rooms were not extravgant compared to other nearby hotels in station one but definitely clean and cozy. By this time of the year, the beach is full of seaweed but luckily we stayed in station 1 and beach front of Recidencia has way lesser seaweed. The staff were very courteous and attentive, I love them. I will definitely go back here for my next trip to Boracay.

Estacio Uno (formerly Waling-Waling)is perfectly located central in Station 1, the area in Boracay where you really want to stay. It is where the beachfront is cleanest - best for lounging by the beach and swimming; Also, more quiet and less crowded at night vs. Stations 2 & 3. The Presidential Suite in Estacio Uno is not as big as what you might imagine a presidential suite to be, but it is well-designed and the bathroom is particularly large. There is a bathtub situated in the living area space, which you may find quite difficult and inconvenient to use - especially if you have other people (other than your significant other) in the room. The staff is quite attentive and courteous. The free breakfast buffet is adequate (nothing to rave about, but not too bad). The 2 free 1-hour massages were also greatly appreciated and pleasurable. The no. of cabanas may not be enough, especially if the resort is full, and the lounging chairs by the beach can be improved. The pool is small, but really who needs it with a majestic beach. It's adequate enough for a quick dip just to take the saltiness away after a beach swim. Overall, Estacio Uno is at par with most of the middle to higher end resorts in Station 1. Don't expect to be wowed by any of the resort's amenities - but don't fret - Boracay will WOW you in many other ways!

This hotel is situated in station 1 just about 5 hotels by foot from the best beach in Boracay. It has all the amenities of a 4 star hotel plus the couteousness and prompt service of the staff. The rooms are good sized and clean. They have an infinity pool at the front of the hotel, so after a swim at the beautiful beach you can get refreshed at the pool while having a pina colada at the pool bar. The breakfast buffet already included in our very reasonably prized room rate had many choices and varieties. Lounges facing the beach in front of the hotel are lined up and masseuses are readily available to give a relaxing, full body massage right there for P400/hr. (about less than $10). It's quieter in station 1 where Seawind hotel is located which gives guests the option to enjoy the tranquility, or walk a mere 15 minutes south to enjoy a big party atmosphere where other hotels, bars, and night clubs are just on top of each other. In a few words, the best located hotel for the price.

Stayed in this hotel for a few days but the experience is great, they have very friendly and accomodating staffs at the same time this hotel is a great but cheaper alternative to very expensive hotels in station 1, we transfered in white beach de boracay after 2 days stay in an expensive hotel nearby to cut off our expenses in our trip but still even if it is cheaper, the experience is exceptional. Will defenitely reccommend this hotel to everybody.

Really glad I decided to book this place. It has space, convenience ( beachfront) , and comfort for a fraction of the price of other joints in station 1. We were in Boracay just this summer but we stayed at Stn.2 . I must say, I prefer the peace and the crowd in the vicinity of Coco Huts. The place itself was simple but spacious. Furnished with just the bare necessities; but then again you don't need much apart from a clean and comfortable room if you plan to be at the beach the whole day. My kids loved the tri-level family loft, and the hubby and I appreciated waking up to an amazing view from our balcony. Army Navy is right downstairs, and when you have kids you can never go wrong eating here. The staff was wonderful, particularly SHIELA. From booking to our actual stay, she made everything seamless and hassle-free. We look forward to our next stay at Boracay Coco Huts😊❤️

Definitely cheap when I booked due to promo discounts. Stayed in the Annex Building which is at the back of the main building, but less than a minute walk to their beach front. The room itself is for 5 stars for cleanliness, especially the comfort room, I think it was newly renovated that's why it's new and clean, which is a must for us. I gave only 4 stars to the cleanliness because of the common area you will pass thru going to the annex building from the building, it's smelly and quite dirty, even saw worms on the floor one morning. I gave 3 stars to the staff not because they are not nice, they are nice, I just compared it with other staff in Station 1 hotels in our other stays, I find them , the other hotels more accommodating in the sense of greetings, or just the way you will feel home to the hotel on your whole stay. The feeling of welcome is less if you compare to other hotels. Overall for the price and the cleanliness of the deluxe annex room we stayed in. Go for it! :)

Wow! What can we say? Upon arrival, we were greeted with great smiles from the staff. We were assisted up to our room and made sure that we can reach out to them for any needs we may have. Even their welcome drink is A! Location is perfect as well. From our room, we can see the turquoise blue waters and fine white sand beach of Boracay. A short walk will get us to the busy beach front of Station 2. The same is true if we want to experience the relaxing view and feel in Station 1. The free breakfast is over the top. Nested below the rooms is an authentic Spanish restaurant with a wide choice for set breakfast. Their brewed coffee is also soooo good (even served with a piece of Lotus biscuit :D). You should try their waffle with fruit set and the Filipino Breakfast with Bangus! Even their lunch offerings are good! You’ll never go wrong with any of the fiesta rice. Make sure though, that you leave room for dessert. Literally, they offer the best desserts in Boracay – Mati Sin Chocolate and Don Churro! We can never imagine going to Boracay and not staying here. Zuzuni truly swept us off our feet. P.S. Beer is cheap, too! Around PhP 90 for 2 bottles during their “happy hours.” Also, book the room with balcony. The extra amount you pay for is surely worth it!

Located in station 1 but also just a few minutes walk to station 2, where the shops and restaurants are. Good value for money. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of different choices. Beach towels were provided twice a day. Also has complimentary filipino afternoon snacks. All the staff were very polite and accommodating. Would come back and recommend this hotel to relatives and friends.

punta rosa is a small and charming boutique hotel and is placed on the best and most quiet spot on whitebeach. the spacious rooms are beautiful boutique styled, no luxury, but still very nice, the view from most of the rooms is beatiful. the rooftop breakfast-place is one of a kind, and the view is amazing, which is good - as it takes some time while the cook makes the omelettes for all the guests, one by one. the punta rosa staff is very nice and helpful. it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the station 1 restaurants, however hotels and restaurants are to be found on the closer beach stretch towards station 1. can absolutely recomment punta rosa for all people that want the feeling of beeing on a secluded beach, even though the caos is to be found just around the corner.

This is an absolute gem in station 1. I stayed here for 9 days back in 2011 and I only had the opportunity to stay here again last month. Hannah Hotel has not lost its charm. The family owners are still the same, exuding Filipino hospitality at its best. The rooms are squeaky clean and the place is indeed very homey. I was glad that the rooms have computer tables now or at least in our room. They are upgrading the small CRT TVs to LCDs/LEDs. This time they arranged for our boat in going to nearby Carabao Island. The price has remained almost the same compared 3 years ago and it is really a steal considering it us in station 1 and just 1 minute walk to the beach. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. I am staying in this hotel again next month.

my girlfriend and i stayed at sur boracay for the first time last july 2012. it was a pleasant surprise to have every aspect of our expectations exceeded - from the size of the room to the primeness of their location. the price is also a steal considering the cost of stay at nearby resorts in station 1. they also have a back entrance from where you have direct access to the road and tricycles, so you don't have to walk unless you really want to. finally, i liked the free buffet breakfast that they served (very ample), although i have been advised that their serving buffet (as opposed to set meals) is really dependent on their number of occupancy. altogether, it was a really great stay for us. i have already made a future booking with them, and will be returning in a few months!

Jony's Hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Boracay. Hotel is very accessible as it is only along the highway in Station 1. A lot of convenience stores, restaurants and banks are near the hotel. They also serve breakfast - filipino to american at Pigout restaurant. Their staff are nice and accommodating especially the Ate in the restaurant. She always smiles and entertains our requests always. We never regret choosing and staying in this hotel.

You cannot find any other place like this! Quietly tucked in Station 1, right beside Discovery Shores, this gem of a place made our short vacation in Boracay one of the best trips we have taken as a couple! The staff were very helpful from check in to check out. They were always more than willing to assist our every need. They even helped us book a reservation in Dos Mestizos. They also have a very affordable beach hut restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner meals and snacks. :) We are definitely going back! <3

We had an unbelievably awesome stay at Watercolors Dive Resort. It was a very pleasant surprise because we didn't think the hotel would be as nice as it was from our online booking. ROOM: We got an ocean view room and that was PRICELESS. We woke up to a great view of the beach and spent many nights just sitting on our balcony relaxing. Our room was of adequate size with a nice bathroom. The AC was a relief after a long hot day outside. HOTEL: it's a small 10 room hotel so that means the staff knows you and your preferences. I think there were only 2 other couples there and that made our stay even better!! LOCATION: It is located in Station 1 and far from the crowds. So we had privacy and peace! It is a short walk (5-10mins) on the beach to Station 2 but there are also restaurants/bars that are closer. After one day of dealing with vendors, we quickly learned to stay around the Watercolors area to avoid the crowd. FOOD: Breakfast was always delicious and we always took it sitting outside in the sand, watching the waves. STAFF: Watercolors felt like a 4 star resort with 5 star service from the friendly and helpful staff! They even helped me arrange a surprise romantic dinner. DIVE: we didn't dive because we weren't certified but they have beginner courses for non-certified people. However, we didn't look into it before hand and we had booked so many tours that we didn't have time to even try the beginner course!!! Overall, we are very happy with our choice and we're very sad to leave!!!! We had to check in to another hotel (5 star) on our last night but all we could talk about was how wonderful Watercolors is!! Will definitely recommend to our friends/family and stay here again!

The room we got was the family deluxe at less than 4000 pesos which is cheap compared to accommodations in station 1/nearby hotels. The location is in the beach front with access to the main road at the back of the hotel which is really convenient. The breakfast is buffet style and for the 3 days that we had breakfast there they served: corned beef + chicken hotdog (day 1) and tocino + ham (day 2). Staples are bread with butter /jam, scrambled eggs, rice, watermelon, coffee and juice Room was tidy and big enough for us (4 adults + 1 kid) Though the room seems outdated already and my daughter got insect bites during our stay (could be bed bugs since she got them while sleeping) I would recommend to do some pest control or renovate the older rooms. - install nets/screen on the windows. - add bidet and shower caddy - more clothes line to dry out swimming clothes We would definitely stay at this hotel again but we will try to book the renovated rooms next time.

This is a very nice hotel located in the quiet area of station 1.I stayed here 1 week.The beach is just a 1 minute walk and you can get towels from the hotel.Beautifull and clean rooms with comfortable bed and pillows.The hotel staff is very friendly and like many Filipinos...spontaneous.Although your sleep will not be disturb by loud music there is something to take note of....but it was no problem for me because i always sleep with my eyes AND ears closed :-) the aircon makes some noise if you want to sleep when it's on and there are some roosters around the hotel which can make you wake up in the night.The basic a la cart breakfast was not something for me to get early out of bed for.So i didn't.Since i don't eat meat the only thing which was left was toast,1 egg of your choice and a cup of tea or coffee.If you don't mind a 10 minute beachwalk in the morning you can find a Starbucks there with a variety of sandwhiches and coffee.If i ever come back again to Boracay i will certainly consider to stay here again.

I enjoy our stay, I was barely in the hotel but when it was it was totally cozy. Pros - Great rate especially for 4 pax - Breakfast is nice even though it wasn't a buffet which is my usual preference - Cozy room and minimalistic theme - Awesome and friendly staff - Bathroom is a step above the other places I stayed in for the same price - Hot water works well and electricity is constant - A lot of small stores located around for easy snacks and drinks - Station 1 and D'mall is walkable - Breakfast is available until 11 AM which is great! Cons - Location is a little deep inside Station 1 and difficult to walk to especially if it rains - No phone in the room - No food or drinks after dinner - Internet is a little slow, barely working in fact - No complimentary water bottles (although there is a water dispenser available so that is something) - Limited spots to place your wet clothes but you can ask housekeeping to dry it for you - Zero view Overall I would totally stay there again!

Nice location, beachfront hotel in station 1, best beach area. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good and varied. Only two superior rooms, only one picture of room #7 on Agoda. Size of room was great. Furniture is old-fashioned but that's the "true home hotel"'s theme. The staff takes so good care of you, you feel like family. We checked out early to take the plane, we had a take-away breakfast prepared: eggs, mangoes, bananas in tupperwares! Downside: a little bit noisy, could hear the street / the clubs near the hotel. the wifi signal often disconnects.

got hotels in stations 2 and 3 in my past boracay trips. opted for station 1 on my third visit and i do not regret staying at pearl of the pacific. we really enjoyed, especially my daughter since location is peaceful and not much people walking around. also very happy when we got upgraded to poolside. enjoyed breakfast and staff are friendly. if i would have the same budget on our next trip, i would still choose pearl.

This budget accommodation is close to everything! It is specifically located in Station 1, near Astoria and D Mall. The staff (specially the manager Glory) were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. There were no noise or problems at all despite its close proximity to Station 2. Since Boracay Backpackers just started the business a month ago, there are still room for improvement. But in a nutshell, my friend and I had a very nice stay! Kai, the resident siberian husky, is very cute!

I booked the honeymoon suites but they upgraded our room to Villa at no cost! The villa was big that we love it so much to stay here. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. The location is really near to the beach at station 1. Near to the popular willy’s rock. Really going to stay here again if i want to visit Boracay after this. The only cons here is the aircond is leaking and some brown water keep coming out from it and got mosquitos at night. Overall it was still very good experiences to stay here
