Staff were very nice and kind. The room is clean and neat. All the basic needs you need are provided. I enjoyed their 24-hr coffee access. Location wise, perfect. If we go back to liverpool, we’d love to book in this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. Secure underground parking. Didn't realise this was at an extra cost but that was our only criticism. We turned up very early and asked if we could park before check in so we could explore. They said no problem, the room is ready you can check in now. Bonus. Really good breakfast.

Lack of free parking spaces. The hot water turned yellow brown for 5 minutes but cleared up immediately. Staff were excellent. Food was amazing!

Great hotel - will definitely visit again!!!!”
We stayed for just one night in June, 2014. We booked a room through Agoda(suites with king size bed). The room had a good size with bed, couch, table, kitchen facility, TV with lots of options. The free breakfast was more than UK standard. coffee has great quality and there are various juices in the fridge. You can use the room-key-secured carpark costing 12 pounds per night. But you can use it next all day even after you check out. You can keep one key card for it. The area is called albert dock with Tate Liverpool, Beatles story, museum of Liverpool, lots of trendy restaurant. If you want to enjoy clubbing, Liverpool One is with 10 mins walk. I will defenitely visit this place again.

My boyfriend and I was in the City to see Alicia Keys, who was excellent by the way. We chose the hotel as it had fab reviews, we were highly impressed with the staybridge, it was a stones throw from the echo arena, and central for all the other activities we did in the City that weekend. Would highly recommend to others.

i liked the idea of the self catering option and the standard of the hotel throughout. the location of the hotel is right next to the albert dock and close to liverpool one so there are plenty of restaurants to choose from and plenty of things to do in the evening.

Nice hotel with good service”
Overall speaking, the hotel is quite good in respect of the price I have paid. The room is quite big. The bed is big, bathroom is big as well. Actually, it looks like an apartment, with cooking machines. Also, there are a lot of services, including gym, laundry (free) and business centre. There are also a snack house inside the hotel offering some fair price snacks. In respect of location, it is quite far away from Lime street station, need approximate 20 min walking. You can take a bus or a taxi there. For bus, it is cheap, but you have to wait quite a long time to get a bus. For taxi, you have to pay around 8 pound.

Hotel staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great, a lot of options. Room had big kitchenette and bathroom. We had booked twin beds but got one double bed. The convention centre is SO close, and that is a great feature.

This worked very well for a group of family and friends attending a wedding. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The free drinks and cheese and biscuits are a re very nice touch on 3 evenings a week.
