Spacious apartment ”

The apartment is spacious with 1-bedroom, 1-living and a well equipped kitchen with kitchenwares, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, etc. A plus is that it has air purifiers in both living room and bedroom. Can’t ask for more for a 1 night stay. Just that I was unlucky that I encountered a water pipe maintenance during my stay and there was no single drop of water in the whole apartment since 11pm.

Our first time visiting Liverpool and stay in this hotel. The location is convenient, only 2 minutes walk from city centre. The front desk staff were cheerful and helpful. The one bedroom apartment we booked was clean and spacious. Apart from the front door lock was slightly damaged, possibly due to previous misuse by force, the overall experience was excellent. The hotel might wish to improve on the direction to the hotel carpark, either on the hotel webpage or on site.

In need of some TLC”

Convenient enough location - halfway between Lime St station and Albert Dock, so easy for tourists like us. Reception was cramped, so it was a bit unfortunate that another couple were complaining when we walked in - no 'quiet space' for staff to take them while serving us. The living room was generous in size, but looking very tired. Leather on the couches was peeling and very worn. Chairs at the table were frayed. Kitchen was large and would be useful to anyone staying a longer time than us. TV remote was a joke - case for the batteries had been lost/broken, so some electrical tape was holding the batteries in. Anytime you wanted to change the channel, you had to also make sure the batteries were pushed in and making contact with the terminals! Bedroom was on the small side, bed was generous but the mattress felt as though it had seen better days. Overall, an OK spot to camp for a night or longer - but there are definitely nicer, newer spaces to stay.

On arrival we got a free upgrade to the penthouse suite,me and my family were overwhelmed by there generosity. Excellent service by the staff throughout our stay and will definetly come back and stay in the appartments.

Very dissapointed”

Nice large apartment which I expect were great when new. Full of stag & hen do's - probably not the best for a family with 2 small children. Apartment 34 looked tatty. It could go with a re-paint, and a good clean. It was sold as a 2 bedroom apartment but had 1 room with twin beds and the 2nd room with a single bed. The other sleeping space was an old leather sofa bed in the lounge that was so old and scratched I would not have let an old dog sleep on it. On a plus the location was great.

1st trip in Liverpool”

Overall I am quite happy with this service apartment except there are alot of pubs around the vicinity and it tends to be quite noisy during the weekend and the pillows needs alot of improvements for ASIAN customer as it is too soft, otherwise everything is good.

Happy to return if I do visit Liverpool again. Underground carpark is chargeable, but it is well taken care of.

Well set out, self catering apartment. It was clean, hotel is central and the staff were SUPER helpful. I would definitely come back here, hopefully for longer next time.
