Checked and confirmed this hotel is no pet allowed due to my allergy, but I did witnessed a big dog went into the hotel. Then one hotel lady gave it a bowl of water and put it at the hotel entrance. The dog certainly laid on the entrance and block the main entrance for enjoying its water. Tried to contact with reception and denied that the dog came inside the hotel area. I tried

Its new, clean and modern, good location ”
It's a nice stage of new, still feels like you are the first guest staying in your apartment. The staff are lovely. The main lift makes a noise like it's giving birth to a much bigger lift sometimes. Good find, nice place to stay

The location is at city centre walking distance to the train station and bus station. The room is complete with sink, microwave, cookware. They have luggage storage that only cost 1£ per item, cheap and very very convenience for travelled

Good option for a Manchester stay”
Apartments aren't huge but have everything you would want and as well as having your own kitchen area they do serve breakfast daily downstairs in the cafe as well as drinks and snacks. Location is very handy with bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and about 10 mins walk into Picadilly Gardens and the 'main' city centre area. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Note if staying less than 6 nights there is no housekeeping but you can ask for fresh towels etc as required.

Amazing hotel ”
This hotel is lovely. It is is very clean and the staff are so helpful. It was a very busy Saturday booking so we had to wait a while to check in but the staff were great handling it all. I would definitely come back.

唯獨隔音設備一般，因旁邊餐廳戶外酒吧，有Live band 音樂比較大聲，房間內依然聽到！大約22:00後才回復平靜。
