The dinner ruined the whole stay ”
The hotel is super clean, staff are super friendly, and the facilities are great. However, the only negative comment is about the dinner. It is not good at all, not delicious repeated taste of all dishes with different names, and very little variety. You cannot enjoy the a la carte restaurant unless you are staying for at least 5 nights, and use it only once per stay. The breakfast was great, however, the last night I was eager to go outside to dine out to have proper food and taste. I would love to go back again, but eating that dinner again is a big no!

Great hotel with average rooms”
The hotel itself was great, I mean the food was one of the best I have ever had in a five star hotel and very diverse also, the pools are clean and the aqua is super fun, the green areas on the walk to the beach are amazing, the beach is great, bars are very good and staff is very nice. One downside to my stay was my room, it was very bad actually, the room is very small, the it wasn’t cleaned for two days, no soap until I asked and waited for 8 hours to get it, and the lighting inside the room was so bad we couldn’t use the mirrors at night. Overall, i would definitely recommend and I think I was just very unlucky with my room cos the rest of the stay was very good.

I have enjoyed my previous stay, but this time, the hotel's attempt to save money is very obvious which reduces value for money. Starting with the very understaffed reception and employing young guys with clearly low experience. Then then very obvious recycling or reuse of food leftovers from previous day or more to the very heavy use of the sweetened flavored powders for cold drinks instead of anything close to actual authentic soft drinks or natural juices, and finally the cheap and badly cleaned towels.

The hotel is perfect for families. Our kids enjoyed the slides and there are enough pools and facilities to chill at. During lunch times it is pretty hectic at the buffet but the selection of food is appropriate. It does not have its own beach front but offers rides at any time before sunset.
