Pros: First, the welcoming and friendly staff. Special thanks to Islam and Khaled at the reception, as well as Mina, Thomas, David and Keroles at the main restaurant. Thank you Mr. Habib (Corallo Rosso restaurant) for making us laugh 😄 And we would also like to thank the recreation staff Othman, Mahmoud, Ahmad and Taha whose service at the beach area was excellent. Second, the facilities are convenient. The beach beds are comfortable and the beach staff will provide you with pillows and refreshing ice water spray throughout the day! There are enough sun beds and most are available throughout the day although the closest ones to the jetty are always booked. Btw, the only access to the sea is by jetty - two of those are available on each side of the snorkeling area. Third, the tennis court is in good condition, and its location is great, although the court could definitely use some resurfacing and please put a trash bin in the court! There are 2 game rooms, one with one billiards table that should be refurbished, the sticks should be replaced, and chalk should be kept inside the room as there was none even though we requested it several times. The second room has a ping pong (table tennis) table and a foosball table (table football). One big problem is that these rooms are almost always taken and you rarely get a turn if they’re occupied-you’re done for the night 🤷🏻‍♀️ Kids have access to both rooms, which increases the risk of damaging the tables and equipment. I would suggest to add one more room for adults only - above 18 - with better billiards tables and equipment, for a small fee, to hopefully avoid congestion! Our room (standard) is very good with all amenities provided. A big thank you to Mr. Mohamad who made sure our room was kept clean and tidy every day 🙏🏼 The bed is super comfy but the pillows weren’t comfortable for us (others might actually like them). We were provided with thinner pillows upon request but unfortunately they were still uncomf

The staff is very welcoming and professionally trained. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The only issues were with the WiFi coverage in the room and the mosquitoes.

Fantastic hotel ”

I originally booked a different hotel and was very disappointed - then I moved to Stella di mare and felt like I was in heaven. I got a steal of a deal on a beachfront room for only $140 Canadian dollars per day. Everything was awesome - so awesome That I ended up cancelling my flight and extending my stay primarily due to my experience at this hotel.

The hotel location is distinctive over a hell facng the beautiful blue sea. The hotel has many activities that suits family needs. They have a diving ng center in the hotel -Desert Rose- for those who are interested in diving or getting a certificate. Food was varied and excellent. The Only inconvenient i faced was the local egyption children who used the corridors and the staircase as a playing ground parents even didnt bother to control the kids and the banging of the doors was really inconsiderate .

the hotel is large and has many activities for the whole family. The rooms are spacious and nice but it can be noisy from the corridor sometimes. The housekeeping are very conscientious and all staff are very attentive.

this is the third time's i've been staying here, and which is why i return to the same place .. plainly i recommend it , but there is only one problem, the wifi was not available in some of area should to come near the looby to use it and it's not fast enough in rooms also ..enjoy guys and have a good holiday to all of you

staff needs training to speed up picking up luggage and changing out room. when buffet time is over they should tell you beforehand so we are not left hungry and wanting more. staff needs more engish skills.

Hotel clean and service good. However the buffet for the breakfast is below standart. missing creativity and choices,. In general( breakfast & diner), La carte of the food & beverage is poor.

We loved this hotel and its facilities including the great food, catering staff, waiters and even bedroom cleaner . What lets this hotel down is the uncooperative manner of the reception staff and the front desk team including the concierge! It was out first time in the resort and we stayed for 10 nights and had 4 hotel rooms between all the family members. Unfortunately every request we made or question we asked from to reception was dealt with reluctantly and with an attitude. They did not put themselves out to help with directions, map of resort, even upgrading to half board was hard work! Prices quoted for different extra services we wanted differed depending who you spoke to! we felt we were a nuisance every time we approached the desk.
