The location

Lack of swimming pool and poor beach condition

- The facilities & furniture were in good condition. No water kettle though. Three ACs were working just fine. - This time if the year (End of June), the village was quiet & almost empty, so we enjoyed relaxing on the beach or by the pool. - The view together with the terrace are spectacular, yet thet are not the best in the village. - Swimming pools were nice.

- FLIES! There were flies everywhere just waiting by the main door or the terrace door to enter the Chalet. They were annoying. I recommend Installing flies catcher or zapper to eliminate this problem - Electric outlets were just for facilities. There were only one free electric outlet by the washing machine. We had to use it to recharge our 4 phones which was very dunting and frustrating. My phone died several times because I couldn't get it to 100% any time during the whole vacation. - The beach is full of rocks. So it's not suitable for swimming. Just for relaxing. - There were no water activities or anything fun to do in the village. No aqua parks, No jet ski rentals, No fishing boats, No yachts. Only the pools & one cafeteria where you can have a drink or eat something. - The village administration charged me 50 LE per person "per day" for using the beach chairs and umbrella. I was under the impression that all I had to pay was 50 LE per person the whole vacation. Especially that the beach was not that fun. No activities as I said above. So If you're planning to stay there make sure to put that into your budget consideration. Mr. Akmal (The owner) was kind enough to offer to pay for the extra money, but It's was cool with me.

The place is relaxing, nice terrace and view, the compound has 3 or more pools, we enjoyed our stay. The owner is the nicest ever, was very helpful, very organized, very clever.. If he manage hospitality business with the same quality, he would be remarkable.

The beach is Stony and full of ريتسا ( قنفذ البحر؛ كائن كله شوك و لونه اسود و لو لمسته شوكه بيدخل الجسم و بيتكسر و بيوجع) So we didn't enjoy the sea much. And took most of our time in the pools.

the place was quite and comfortable, the sea view was clear and magnificent the balcony size was great and comfortable to stay in specially when the sun rises the view was awesome. we really loved the place.

The balcony 😍 is spectacular 👌.... swimming pool is everywhere.... the resort itself is clean and quiet .

Was poor household stuff .. wasn't clean 😕 bedsheets and covers wasn't clean we did it ourselves there is no washing machine
