the location
the condo could use some updating. baseboards are gross and caulking around tubs and the rubber trim in fridge was falling off. just needs some TLC and a good deep clean. the couch looked very very used . I should of taken pics

Perfect little condo”

We liked the private beach access and having an indoor parking spot in the garage. The pool temperature was perfect especially for the cooler days. The unit was very clean and homey.

The private parking spot. The air condition works very well.
The room was dirty. The balcony glass was foggy. You couldn't see through the view of the ocean. The sliding door tracks were dirty and full of water. The couch was fraying and old. The master bedroom dresser drawers were not secure and almost fell out on our feet. The bathroom spaces were limited to set anything down. The icemaker were broken and had to call maintenance two times to have it fixed. The comforter was dirty. The unit didn't have a homy feel to it. Of all the time we have been to Disten, this is the first time we wanted to leave before our schedule checks out date.
