The pool.
The small area of private beach. The beach area was then taken up by rental chairs and umbrellas, with very limited room to spread out on the beach otherwise. Also the beach was a far distance from the room.

Furniture needs to be updated. (Very uncomfortable) There was mold on shower curtain liner. I cleaned it! Bed in master was great but not in other bedroom. There was seaweed in the dryer. We saw a couple of roaches.

good location, close to a lot of things the city has to offer
main pool should be heated, too many people are trying to cram into the little (heated) pool by the beach. room could have been cleaner, at first glance the unit seemed clean but after talking around a bit we found the floors were a bit dirty and while sweeping the floors we found the rug in the living room had not been moved/swept under in a long time.. very dirty. the patio furniture needs to be replaced, chairs are ripped and very rusty.

property was clean and had a great location.
Beds were super uncomfortable and made tons of noise, i couldn’t move at night because my kids would wake up. The apartment was hot, we had the ac on low and somehow it did not cool off, my son had to sleep on the couch bc the room was so hot! All the furniture looks pretty old and beat up, i rented two apartments, one for my family and one for my parents, theirs was amazing and i wish we would have gotten a different one. Vacasa overall was terrible, i would not recommend to anyone, they never answer their phones, emails, and when they do they are super rude!!

The view was nice.
The place needs a serious cleaning and update. Air condition vents were rusty and may have had mold on the one by kitchen. Curtain by sliding door had something growing in back.

Beautiful grounds, really enjoyed the lagoon pool on the beach and location was convenient to shops, restaurants and attractions.
The sofa bed was broken but the owner did refund a portion for the inconvenience.

The location and the view
Didn’t like the fact that we was on the 9th floor and the doors to the balcony wouldn’t lock. I have a two and five year old and was worried they would go it and fall off the balcony. Went and brought some tension rods to put down so they could open the door.
