Our Prep Place”
This is a great hotel for wedding preparations. There is a prep fee of 5 thousand pesos. The staff were very helpful and easy to talk with my concerns especially before the big day. The rooms were clean. My only concern is that they would only allow 2 adults for a 2-bedroom suite. Same with the other 1 bedroom units.

Value for money accommodation”
Was able to book this for my in-laws from Cebu that are visiting us during the holidays. at P1200 per night, what a steal, considering the high demand during this time of the year! Very near our home so this is the perfect place to stay for them. We arrived past midnight. No more hotel receptionist on site but the guard on duty has assisted us with our checkin. Room is clean and the bed is huge, can comfortably fit 3 adults of medium built. Wifi is good. We were not able to check other facilities though, maybe on our next visit.

All was well Except...”
My stay was well accommodated by the staffs. I have no question on how they treated me from the night I came there. The lobby was fine with me except when I came in to my room. All was well except for the lighting of the room it was too dark and few lights are there. Both side of the bed have lamps hangging.. Entrance light was not as bright as I expected. There was one light from entrance door then light on the mini coffee bar other than that no more. From the dresser there was no light though there was a chair. Unfortunately, I was not able to eat like home because it was too dark from the side of the dresser even if the TV was on so I had to pull the chair to the mini coffee bar so I could eat my dinner. I actually had a hard time eating because the refrigerator was there and the mini coffee bar was a bit to high for me to lean on while eating. Second, the other half of the sliding cabinet was not in place and it was wrecked. I happen to see it because I had to close the other half of it. Some cabinet holders were missing and the wood curvings without the metal support or holder can hurt anyone if they do not know how to handle or open it with care. Same with the bathroom cabinets. And lastly there was no slippers.. I am not sure if it was part of the complimentary or not. I just saw coffee and sugar plus the soaps and no bottled water too. I had to order for it I guess.. To include the noises like banging everywhere can be heard and the noise coming from the a/c made me sleepless. Other than nothing more. I loved the smiling staffs...

Luxurious but affordable stay”
Staff was very hospitable. Only lacks is the toilet needs a bidet and a drain underneath it. Our tub was leaking somehow and it made the whole room even the outside corridor wet. Would have prevented that if there was a drain near the toilet. For the price, you can never go wrong with this hotel. It comes with breakfast too. Dont get the longganisa as. Get the tapa instead. Will go back here if I have any extended business matters near Rizal, Marikina.

Staff should be 24-hr duty ”
If we need something at night we don’t have any staff to ask for. To better serve your clients you need to have a full time staff to assist our needs. Our room got brownouts and we don’t have a staff to ask for help until we ask the security guard for help to restore our electricity and aircon.
