Nice picture to only show up to trash. Nasty, bugs, no hot water and management did not even disclose or offer a room at one of their other facilities. No cable, smelly. I felt like I was going to catch something unhealthy. I refused to sleep there and was not refunded my money due to any of these issues. It’s was awful!!

Checked in 4th checked out 13th. In my stay I complained over a period of days and it was days that I did not have hot water. I also spoke with several maintenance guys bc I only had 2 TV channels he shoved me off to side saying it's my building . Usually I am able communive with guest relations manager but there was Noone on site.im currently here in the west palm beach location and have to check out tomorrow I would like to be compensated for the lack of hot water for 9 days and o n ly having 2 TV channels when you look at policy and it says part of the ammenides. The front desk here however did not even make eye contact. I also want to remind you that I had several booking , and confirmation numbers bc I extended 3x. I would be able to afford to extend with a courtesy compensation paying this hotel almost 1000.00 for the 9 days and getting ZERO resolution. Thank you in advance for reviewing my situation.

Front desk staff nice, other hotel goers dirty. Room was filthy, honestly I scrubbed the floor after buying supplies there was hair and sticky things on the floor. Fake eyelashes in the sheets. I was disappointed I had to pay a deposit I didn’t get back but cleaned their floors for them. Gross

It was a nice area, the room was a good size and having the kitchen, stove and refrigerator was a big plus. The only thing is that there is no separate section for smokers. The room I got had smokers near me and one in particular put a chair blocking my door so she can sit outside and smoke. Another problem was there was some other guest who kept going in and out and arguing outside. Lots of people going in and out of the room. Other guest need to be respectful towards the guest who are paying to have a quiet stay and getting rest.

Not clean and rooms smells like animals bathroom ”
The clerk did everything to satisfied but I couldn’t take any offer because of the conditions of those rooms and whoever’s clean those rooms did a terrible job. They got to understand customer work hard for their money. I can fully blamed them employees if the owner is not doing his part. The owner should know everybody don’t smoke 🚭, and get along with pets. Over all the places smelled extremely bad as a dog poop inside.
