DISGUSTING!!!”

Do not stay here - place is disgusting, dirty & unsafe!!! Everything is stained and covered with dirt - only bedding for two single beds. Couch needs to be chucked out - looks like someone died on it! Host ignores all contact & lock Is broken

Very poor assistance of room check-in..in fact we cant check-in at all. No runner on duty only sleeping beauty of "Pakcik Jaga" under the reception counter which dont ever borther to assist us. Did called & texted the person in charge (Mr. Azman) but cannot reached. Only reply by text day after. Asked for refund or at least explanation but no respond at all until now. What a bad worse unprofessional management‼️😤

Call owner pun tak jawap sbb nk minta tuala,hampir 10 kali lepas tu 1 jam baru mai antq tuala, lepas tu pagi2 bole pula staff mai ketuk pintu cuma nak bagi tau jgn bawa balik kunci, nak buat apa kami bw blk hadoi... dah banyak tempat booking hotel ni pertama kali kena mcm ni, Dgn kolam tutup ,kenapa x bg tau atau update kat agoda,jujur la kalau nak berniaga kalau nak bertahan lama...apapun memang tak puas hati langsung,kalau mcm ni sy booking homestay lagi baik...
