Very nice apartment, great price”

Very nice little apartment, perfect for 1-2 people. Clean, has everything you could need, towels, shower gel & handwash included. There is also a fridge, so you can buy a big bottle of water & snacks to have during the stay, the location is really good. Close to everything you would want to see, about a 15minute walk to Burriana beach, which I recommend visiting
The street can be a little noisy at night which is not the hosts fault! But cars & scooters noise is very loud at times, not a deal breaker though, I would stay here again

Simple, but comfortable accommodation in a central location that's easy walking to everything.”

I wasn't sure which number the building was, so texted the agent to find out. She came back immediately with the number, which was great.
I figured these things out in the end, but would have been extra helpful to have instructions on how to lower the window grill (for those of us who've never encountered one before) and also how to operate the air con/heater, but not a big issue as it was possible to work it out eventually.

Holiday at a construction site”

Position was good
Construction site directly next to the apartment starting 7:30 in the morning. The owner didn't warn us about it.As we contact her and asked to leave earlier she ignored us completely,without replying. That is NOT our idea of holiday. That is NOT our idea of hospitality. 2x Toilet paper rolls, 2x Forks, 1xGlass, no dish towel... everything was very limited for the four nights we were staying. The balcony is really small you can't really use it and half of it is occupied by cleaning stuff. It is not possible to lock the windows...Nerja seams a safe place but I did not feel comfortable leaving my value things in the apartment.

Convenient studio in great location”

The Studio was well-located and spacious. The kitchen was functional and equipped adequately. There was an adequate amount of closet, bin and shelf storage space. Communication with the owner was great and self-serve access to the unit was convenient and easy.
There was an odd smell in the unit, maybe stale smoke? It went away when the aircon was running, but came back when it was off. The balcony was tiny, really more of a Juliette balcony, and the bucket and mop stored on it took away any charm it might have had. The sliding balcony doors didn't lock (but there were exterior rolling shutters, so we felt that it was still safe).

The facilities, location and amazing check in and information required before and during stay. 100 % want to come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable due to the waterproof protector. That's personal preference— I was able to sleep!

Excelente recepción por parte del anfitrión, no fue de manera personalizada pero las instrucciones fueron muy exactas de como hacer el check in. Excelente ubicación, limpio y con todos los elementos y electrodomésticos que menciona en el anuncio.
Lo único que podría mejorar sería colocar una alfombra en el plato de ducha ya que resbala. Y el edredón de la cama estaba sucio con olor a cigarrillo. Podría a modo de recepción dejar algunos tés, café, azúcar, sal y aceite.

Estancia genial en Nerja”

La ubicación era muy buena, teníamos lo principal muy cerca y el aparcamiento no resultó muy complicado. El studio está muy bien, tiene lo necesario, te dejan artículos de limpieza y gel. La propietaria fue súper amable.
No puedo poner pegas, me gustó bastante, pero si tengo que decir algo, que no tiene horno, pero no me parece algo imprescindible.
