the room was nice, loved the tub, the bed was comfortable. we enjoyed having so many options for the pool and hot tub. the balcony was completely screened in which was great so we could leave the door open for extended period without having to worry about bugs. great view of the lake. we like that they provided towels for the pool. there’s a store and restaurant on site plus lots of activities so you don’t even need to leave the property.
we didn’t like that the water park was an extra cost. we didn’t realize before arriving, it was not made super obvious before booking so that was a bit disappointing upon arrival. they also have 4 pontoon boats and every single one was broken and unable to be rented, which was also disappointing.

I liked the location as it was close to everything Disney. The property was beautiful and well decorated as well/ There were many activities and nice shops on premises as well.
The parking was sparse and the drop off location was a little far from rooms if you used ride share. the rooms were a little outdated as well and the TV remote doesn’t allow you to change channels easily and the satellite service wasn’t great. I think it’s a bit ridiculous for the price that Wifi was $10.00 a day considering the service was so poor.

We didn’t care for the room next door. They did a lot of cooking and the odors were just awful!!

I had a roach crawl up my leg in the shower knee night. Also we are locked out if it's room for over 30 minutes because the front desk did not put the correct time on our cards for Departure even though it was booked correctly. It took a lot of time for maintenance to respond but he was very friendly

the property overall was a great place but our spa tube was broken and had to be fixed the next day so didn’t get the chance to enjoy it our first nights stay

Nice spacious rooms, clean and comfortable bed.
Not a good location for a conference at the Orange County convention center. First room had no heat and got a leak in the ceiling over the bed, and we switched rooms but second room had lights out and briken ceiling fan.
