Perfect homestay in the beautiful place”
Stunning homestay is located in the village, about 10 kilometers from the Sapa city centre. We were walking there for about 4 hours with many stops to take a photo. It was beautiful beginning of our stay in the mountains. The family is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. They offer very good food and drinks at reasonable prices. During the rain time, you can play table tennis or pool. It is also possible to rent a motorbike or book the transportation to the city. We were staying in private room with stunning view on the mountains and rice fields. Sometimes you can find spiders or other insects, but this is the charm of living in the mountains close to nature. Use the spray with DEET and mosquito net which is provided. There is also very nice waterfall close to Stunning Homestay. I can totally recommend that place!

Excellent”
The Stunning Homestay is located around 10km away from Sa Pa town, in the middle of some beautiful rice fields. Getting there can be stressful at first. A taxi should cost you about 200000 VND, a motorbike taxi about half of that. But once you arrived at the Homestay everything is relaxed. The room we stayed in was clean, the food was cheap and very tasty and the family was always helpful if you approached them with a question. They can also call you a taxi or arrange a hiking trip through The Valley (which you should definitely do). You can also rent a motorbike and drive around yourself. We definitely preferred living in a Homestay in the middle of nature, compared to the busy Sa Pa town.

Really enjoyable”
We moved to this homestay after a terrible time just up the road in another place, because of this we arrived with low expectations and were then very pleasantly surprised. We had a warm welcome, which is always a good start. Our room was comfortable and spacious for a very reasonable price. Within walking distance to the start of some very good hiking trails. The only downside is that it was hard to find any nearby restaurants for lunch or dinner and some of the items on this homestay menu new tweaking and improved. Many thanks for a great stay ... I would recommend this place to friends and family and if I was in the area in the future I would definitely return.

Really nice experience”
Really nice experience. The family is lovely, and since we were spending the chinese new year on their homestay, they invited us to a very special dinner and drinks, with their family and friends. The views are actually stunning, and from there you can do different treks and see waterfalls and beautiful rice fields :) Thank you very much for everything!

Nice stay”
it's far from Sapa town, but if you come here, I suppose that's the idea. Even if you live with the family, in my opinion is not a real homestay, it's a mix between a homestay and a hostel, beds are on the floor, and needed to ask 3 times to get a mosquito net, prices of food are expensive comparing with Vietnam in general, the family is very nice and helpful, and you have free pool and table tennis, stunning view from the balcony.

Valuable experience”
Pros: this cozy homestay is located on a hill which is opposite a mountain. That makes the scene very pleasant to look at. The hosts are very friendly and supportive. We stayed in a small private room but it wasn't inconvenient. We had a comfy bed and sheet. We didn't have so much choices for foods and the eggs which we had for breakfast were abit salty but it's still okey. Cons: The location of this homestay is a bit far from the center and the road is terrible. --- All in all, it's our great choice when we decided to stay there. It's worth your money and worth to try.

Very good price. Staff are fun & friendly. Nice position, nice view comparing to other Homestay. Couples should pay attention for private rooms are not soundproofing. Tasty food also. There is a lovely Hmong girl as staff, she is at the age for marriage of only 16, following Hmong people' tradition.

Good value for the budget conscious.”
It's a nice property and you don't have to hike up a mountain to get there. The pictures are accurate and there's a mini market nearby where you can buy food to cook in the home stay. There's a pool table and even ping pong downstairs, and the patio is great for chillin'. Their menu items are a little pricey but it seems to be that way in Sapa. I wish they had a lock of some sort for the private rooms and better water pressure (literally trickling). Still a great place to stay if you want to be nearer to nature and further away from the city.

The staff here were absolutely incredible, always willing to assist you even when it was an inconvenience for them. They made you feel apart of the family and that’s exactly what you want at a Homestay. The views and peacefulness of this place make it even more unique. I’d definitely return time and time again.

Reall comfy beds in the dorm, slept so well!! Amazing breakfasts and really friendly staff with a stunning view to boot. Easy the best value for money in the whole of Vietnam!!

Simple, but very nice place. However, because it is on the edge of the National Park, there is no place to go and so the prices for food and drinks were as high as in Hanoi. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
