Commend to the supervisor and FO in charge when we checked-in last February 13,2022. They provided us customer service that is very commendable. With regards to the room, it is very clean. They even disinfected again the room when we arrived.

the best in Subic area”
the hotel is old but is still the best hotel in the area. the view is breathtaking. the jacuzzi is a plus plus. it's not very crowded when we stayed. when you're at the hotel, you'll get that old, classy feeling. it's not cheap but if you have extra bucks to spend, this is worth eery penny.

Comfortable but needs an upkeep”
The club still maintains the prestige from the outside observers. Apart from the spacious room, nice staff and decent speed internet, everything else about the hotel needs to be upkept. The food selection too is not exciting. The pool is a bit dirty and the gym needs new equipment. Although it was a pleasant stay, I truly think that I missed the value for money. It was sad but I think I could have gotten more for my buck.

Could be a luxurious resort but facilities not well maintained with evidence of stains, broken bathtub, signs of obvious wear and tear. Very expensive compared to other hotels. Not exactly in the CBD but walkable to most places.

great place with excellent staff”
We had a wonderful stay (in Aug 2014)! Our party of 2 adults (including 1 senior) and 2 children arrived late at night after a very long and tiring bus ride, and the staff immediately made us feel better. Check-in was fast, we were assisted to our room, and were given refreshing welcome drinks in our room. Our room was big, with 2 queen beds,a soft lounge bench, and a small balcony overlooking the marina...it was a great view (especially in the morning). We had a big bathroom with hot shower and jacuzzi (which we really enjoyed). There was flat screen TV with cable, good airconditioning, and a work desk. Breakfast was good, and we also ate our yummy dinners here, with great service from staff. My son and niece had a good swim in their big swimming area. The entire hotel had an elegant feel with spacious common areas. It's a great place to return to and rest after a busy day exploring Zoobic Safari and Funtastic Park, and shopping. With great amenities and excellent staff, Subic Bay Yacht Club is definitely our choice again if ever we have a chance to return to Subic.

It was a good experience staying at Subic Yacht Club. Breakfast served was delicious although minimal choices. The swimming pool looks world class but there were some areas that needed to be maintained. Spacious rooms and good view from the room veranda. The staff were friendly. Overall, i highly recommend staying in Subic Yacht Club while in Subic.

Still Classy”
A lot of the reviews said that the place was old. Although it was true that the establishment was a bit old, it was not run down. The room was big, cool and comfortable. The beds were also big that my family of four (with two teenagers) fit. They were comfortable too and I slept well for somebody who does not sleep soundly outside the comforts of one's home. Breakfast fare was quite limited but the taste made up for that fact. My daughters enjoyed the jacuzzi and opted to stay there instead of swimming in the pool, which was huge too! The nicest thing about the hotel was that it was away from the maddening crowd which made the stay quiet and relaxing. In addition to that, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Since my youngest is a big fan of Subic, I'm sure Subic Yacht Club would see us back.

We had a relaxing stay in Subic Bay Yacht Club. Although the facilities were already old, there was an effort to still keep them functional for the guests to enjoy (e.g. jacuzzi, gym, swimming pool). Buffet breakfast selection was quite limited. The hotel staff were generally courteous and warm, especially the lifeguards and F&B personnel tasked to do room service. However, they were obviously understaffed since there was a lack of porters to assist us in loading and unloading our baggage and security was quite lax at the main entrance. Over-all, I would say that we got value for money and we would most likely come back.

Pleasant stay at SBYC”
My family had a pleasant stay in SBYC. After reading the reviews here in Agoda, we were already expecting the worst. Yes, the hotel is old and needs a lot of renovation, but the room (Corner Suite) where we stayed was huge, has 2 tv sets, a living & dining area, a working & clean jacuzzi which my kids love, a separate shower, and a sofa bed in the living room. We've stayed in other hotels inside & outside of Subic, but so far, this is the first hotel where we paid a small amount for a big sized room. The pool is also big unlike in other hotels inside Subic. Downside is, there was no WiFi inside the rooms and most guests were staying in the common areas where they can get WiFi signals of the hotel. But since we have our own pocket WiFi, it wasn't much of a problem for us. We will choose this hotel if ever we go back again toSubic.

Friendly and accomodating staffs. Big rooms”
We enjoyed our overnight stay at the SBYC. We upgraded our room to Bridge type and it was huge with comfortable beds though the carpets need thorugh vaccuming since it triggered my allergies otherwise the room was ok..What we most,love about this hotel is its closeness to all the shopping areas and restaurants in the Freeport plus the staffs are friendly and accomodating.

My family had a great time at SBYC. We were initially given an executive room fronting the road but the receptionist gave us an executive room fronting the marina and the parked yacht, which is a better view. Staff are friendly and waiter even gave us free slices of toast bread while we were waiting the breakfast we ordered. The pool area is big with a well-maintained shower/dressing room. My family also had a fun time at the jacuzzi inside our hotel room.
