The pictures arent accurate. The only thing i can say is that its the only hotel that can fit 6people in SBMA and bed is ok. The rest, its a disappointment. Oh yeah, the one and only staff was unprepared but helped us with our requests like cleaning the fridge, which should have been cleaned in the first place

i have nothing good to say except that if you are desperate and could no longer find any option, you can choose this hotel, if only so you could sleep for a night. no elevator. no wifi. no hot water. no toiletries. place looks scary too. just horrible. will only go back if held at gunpoint

I'm not sure why are they accepting guests. ”

The place is like an abandoned hotel, one of the worst place I have ever been to. No amenities, no facilities, no water to drink, the whole place smells like sewer, especially the bathrooms. When we got there around 8pm, the front part of the hotel looks like an abandoned junkyard. All we did is just sleep which is our purpose to go to zambales the next day but still.. it's like haven't maintained the hotel for like 10 years.. i wandered arount their roofdeck and it's like they didn't clean up their christmas party, 10 years ago.. location is near the intersection which is good and near harbor point and the staff is all right. Though I wouldn't recommend booking here. They should close down.

AVOID STAYING HERE!”

This is a skeleton of what once was a pretty decent hotel. No ammenities offered, dont get fooled with the low price. No TV, no wifi, no housekeeping. All they had was a bed and a barely working shower. There was a lady who just made sure she was there to probably make sure no ones coming inside and stealing things. The fact that this “hotel” is even posted in Agoda is a sham.

Great location, cheap but has some cons”

Hotel is cheap, near royal. A little hard to find at night.. it's a little hidden. The one showing on the photos are not the same or at least not updated. It's a pretty old hotel but for those who want to just sleep it's okay a little comfy at least. Just not recommended for those who need to work and connect on internet. They only have a pocket wife. It's so so slow and was a useless trip. There was a power out in subic for almost the whole day so decided to check in so can work.. but didn't get to work coz no signal and wifi is bad. Staff is helpful. Not too much fuzzy.check in was easy. Hope they can improve it. Parking looks a little haunted at night too 😁

Do not risk it”

Despite the affordability, the hotel was sketchy. Only had 1 staff when we checked in and she didn’t even have any uniform. She slept in the lobby. The hotel itself was dark and situated in front of a warehouse that’s so noisy at night and the building beside is abandoned. The room itself was dirty. Wires were visible and cabinets were peeling. The cr had pee stains that hasn’t been cleaned and smelled really bad. The lobby itself also smells bad. Overall, I do not recommend. There are better hotels that is more worth it.

We stayed for 2 nights but our room was not cleaned after a day because they are understaffed. If you need something there is no phone, you need to go down and we are located at 3rd floor. No tissue provided. The location is good, near to everything and infront of royal duty free if you need supplies.
