The staff was excellent and very friendly. The hotel has a restaurant with reasonably priced good tasting food. The rooms are big and clean with hot water shower, cable TV and wifi.

It's quite sad actually, awesome view of the bay but the property is very dated. My friend's room door knob wouldn't work, phones don't work, WiFi very slow entire building needs repairs and paint, no shower curtains, bug in the bed, Awesome staff, decent food, the owner must be trying to sell since it needs so much work. Again wonderful staff but can't recommend.

Lovely staff but rooms need improvement”
The staff are lovely always greeting us with a smile and made us feel welcome. Rooms that we have been in needs some renovation and improvement, no towel rail, holes on the wall, tv not working. Cleaning rooms between customers need to be improved, shampoo and soap left from previous customer were still in the bathroom. I hope the management put some investment to improve the facilities.

We have stayed many times in the past, but it appears as though minimal maintenance is being preformed. Starting to look shabby. No lock box available. Great staff, but I despise the way they use training as a means of having free labor. We had several excellent meals there. Sea food platter on of the best. They never have understood the American love of coffee. How hard is it to get a carafe? Other properties offer the same price for a nicer room.

Old and run down. Many things don’t work, like outdoor lights. Very low water pressure. No beach, only steps and the wade in the ocean to the neighbors beach. Staff does the best they can, but the place needs a overhaul.

reception was great,room a bit untidy esp toilet no provided slipper,duster doormat,phone was not working, tv no cable,dining staff were nice,seaview dining was great,food was pricey,dining service need to improve like for example a set of meal it should first serve the drinks right away then the soup followed by main course what happen was it was serve all at once. pool was unpleasant to see because of old tiles and stains, the pool has dirt under and surface and no light efx the seaview from the restaurant was fabulous.

EARLY CHECKOUT”
STAFFS are all good. BUT the place, it really sucks. The place do not have their own shore line. The Executive Family Room is disgusting that I, my husband and my father didn't get a good rest nor sleep. Very unpleasant room, untidy, smells bad (stinky really). Lack of security, the sliding door of the room is not working at all, the main door lock is loosen. That's why our 3D2N stay supposed to be became 2D1N nalang because we really cannot stand the untidiness, stinky and lack of security room. VERY UNPLEASANT really. WE WILL NEVER BOOK HERE again, NEVER.

Cleanliness and Facilities”
The room wans't cleaned thoroughly. The trash can in the CR still has garbage (prolly from the previous guest/s). The pillows has dirt stain, tv wasn't working. The linens was itchy, i don't know if it's new or not. Food was overpriced and there's always 10% service charge in every order which is not fair. We decided to eat outside the hotel. We tried to order food for dinner but the taste was not good for it's price. This hotel doesn't have a shoreline to be called as beach resort. There were trash floating when we checked the sea. The pool was quite good but due to over crowded place, you wouldn't enjoy that much. It was not a good stay and worth it personally. We have checked out early as there were nothing to do at all.

Nice place to stay next to water”
I really liked this hotel and fellow travellers I met at the bar or over breakfast tended to agree. It is very relaxing with contemplative views out over Subic Bay and towards the surrounding hills. The cooling breezes and sound of the adjacent water lead to a sense of relaxation. Hotel is handy to beach and other attractions of the area. Three points for improvement, however: (1) Wifi is free, but often crashes, although management tell me they are about to update their system. (2) Air con units are the old style rattling type and spill their warm air and noise out on the wide panoramic deck, which otherwise are wonderful to sit and relax on. (3) TVs are old box type - flat screens would greatly enhance the rooms.

Fantastic Hotel. Best hotel in Subic.”
I've been coming to Subic 4-5 times a year for the past 4 years. I tried 4 other hotels in Baloy beach area and since staying at Sheaven's I would never consider staying anywhere else. The staff is the strongest asset they have. They are helpful and friendly beyond belief. The rooms are clean, well laid out and inexpensive for what you get. The restaurant is open 24 hours and it's great to have a late night snack overlooking the ocean. Just writing this review makes me wish I were there again.

One of the best getaway place in Subic. This hotel really gives the value for your money. The view of the beach from the hotel is very relaxing. Warm and friendly staff. They even have a nice pool! If you are planning to stay in Subic, this is the place that is right for you.

Food was great, the rooms needs some work”
Everything was okay, besides the rooms. The hotel was just been taken over by new owners and many things had already been improved. The rooms comes next i was told. When the rooms are done, i would for sure come back again. The transportation 3 wheeler and taxis are all 300-600% overpriced in the whole of Subic bay, i hope they find a way to sort this taxi mafia problem out. The alternative way to get around is using the jeepnee's

Budget Hotel at a Budget Price”
First night had the standard room on the second floor: it was way too loud to sleep due to the music being played downstairs. Also the room was very tiny. Upgraded to deluxe room on the third floor on the second night: the room was very comfortable and spacious; the negatives were that Wi-Fi was not accessible anymore and there was no hot water in the shower. The mini-fridge was not operational. The hotel is right next to the beach and has a good view to the Subic Bay. The staff was very good and very attentive. Only had the breakfast there once and that was also very good. I suggest staying away from standard room and getting the deluxe. The hotel grounds were very clean.
