beautiful tradition hotel ”
the building is aging and has a good vibe of an retro style rooms. the surrounding is close to the sumata valley and there were some cozy cafes around the area. dinner and breakfast was good tasty japanese traditional cuisine. i enjoyed my stay very much.

Real Nice and Quiet place to stay.”
I didn't realize before that hotel located mid of mountain. It was fact that I just found at the time arrival. Go out from Shizuoka, about 1-2 hrs, cross couples mountains, then you'd get target. I could not imagine how I could get to this location without rent a car. First Step in the hotel, I saw very welcome staffs, willing to help. Hotel facilities were well designed. Room was good and big enough from relax. Onsen was another good. They provided both indoor and outdoor(open air). Dinner and breakfast were impressive.

Great Staff Team”
Due to road closure from recent mud slide, we arrived at 9:30pm and missed the dinner service at 7pm. We called hotel at 6:30pm and informed them we will be late. Upon arrival they saved our set dinner and a old lady what works in the kitchen was waiting for our arrival. She was the only staff there as the rest of them left long ago. She was so kind and served us the food and the mini hot pots. Legitimate onsen with natural mineral hot spring water. Overall, very good experience.

Best for Yume bridge”
There are other hostek or budget inn around, but you cant find on these booking web, so Ruikoen is the only choice. Anw, for a vacation, its the best opyion. Good dinner and breakfast, becausr there is no restaurant around open if you come late (5pm) or leave soon (8am)

Amazing location and authentic facility”
Definitely one of best onsen experience in Japan. Hope to visit again with family. Wonderful food and beautiful balcony view to the river and bamboo trees. Dedicated service was super.

The massage armchair is a bit old and some parts are not functioning. Outdoor onsen is much more preferable than the indoor onsen which seems like just a large bath tub.

Dinner is OK, but not great. Onsen is very small and crowded. There isn't a lot of attraction in the surrounding area. It is overpriced! For almost USD400, you can find a much better place at Japan.

Etape randonnée”
Hotel vieillot mais propre et sympathique dans un cadre champêtre. L'absence de Wifi semble un peu dommage a notre époque, mais tout cela est compensé par une table non depourvue de charmes ou les plats japonais émoustillent nos papilles. Attention pour ceux qui ne connaissent que les petits déjeuners occidentaux, le petit déjeuner servi dans ce Ryokan est typiquement japonais : beaucoup de légumes , du poisson grille et du riz.

高級感漂う宿とは思えない破格の値段。特にagodaからの予約は驚くほど安く、宿にサービス内容が違うのかと尋ねたほど。もちろん変わりないと言われたし、最高の内容でした。寸又峡に来るときはまた泊まりたい宿です。

最高の秘境宿”
寸又峡温泉で最高＆最強の一軒。 サービスも素晴らしく館内も清潔で、ちょっと温めですが美肌の湯も素晴らしい。大浴場前に置いてあるのが冷茶というのも流石お茶所「川根」だな、と。基本のお料理でしたが量も程よく全ての品が美味しくデザートの新茶のゼリーも感動ものでした。寸又峡へ行くなら是非この宿に！！と友人知人に薦めたいです。

気分の良い旅館でした”
バス停おりてすぐ。場所はものすごく分かりやすいです。 お風呂はシンプルですが露天風呂もあり清潔です。お湯の温度はぬるめでした。20時前に男女入れ替えになるので二つのお風呂を楽しめました。 Wi-Fiは館内のものはなく、町のWi-Fiも少々繋がりにくかったです。 ご飯は綺麗で美味しかったです。 しかし何より素晴らしいと感じたのはスタッフの方達が誰もが気分の良い方達だったことです。フロント、レストラン、お布団の上げ下げの方達までもがとても感じがよくニコニコされていて親切でした。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

寸又峡は何しろ奥地 行ってしまえば、 緑に取り囲まれて最高な景色です 古いけど雰囲気のあるレトロな旅館 素敵な廊下や中庭を眺める時のベンチなどがあったらさらに良かった お料理は山菜や地場の素材を上手に活かしていたと思います すこーし濃いめのお味でしたが美味しかったです スタッフも感じが良かったです 温泉もゆっくり楽しめました 1人10000円ならとてもリーズナブルで満足

夢の吊橋に行くにはぴったり”
直前に格安プランを利用させてもらったので、大満足です。ただ、建物の老朽化はあるので、過度な期待はしないでください。 お風呂はヌルヌルした感じのお湯で、出たあともポカポカが続きました。チェックアウト後も駐車場を利用でき、さらに温泉も利用させて下さるので、散策してかいた汗も流せてスッキリします。

お風呂の脱衣所のドライヤーがどこにあるか分からず、濡れたままの髪で部屋に戻りましたが部屋にもドライヤーがありませんでした。 ただフロントに内線し快く届けていただけました。
