I visited cebu for business trip so I was accommodated, meaning to say I had a car which make staying in this hotel comfortable. However, I didn't get a vibes of staying in island. Well, it's in the city tho. I like the hotel, clean, nice pool, and friendly staff. If you could drive or get a car, this place is really worth the money.

Great Hotel”
I booked a deluxe room good for 2 for only P1.3k which is a GREAT DEAL. Too bad the pool and gym was closed because of pandemic. It would be a solid 10/10 if it was open. As for the room, the only problem was the TV, I had a hard time changing channel because of the box being located at the back, top right of the TV. Need to stretch your arms with your remote a bit high for it to be detected. The sky cable also have a few shows going on. It will be the best if the HBO and other movie channels was available.

We arrived early good thing the manager check us in early because we are traveling with a baby and I’m pregnant. The hotel is nice, clean, and very accessible because it is connected to the mall. The breakfast is good and has a lot of choices. The room is big. We will definitely stay again soon!😀

Very well appointed all round. In-house food was fantastic. Best staff ever, we stayed four different places and five star service way above anything else I encountered in Cebu. Reception was quick and efficient. Restaurant crew were as well. We wished we stayed there for the two weeks we were in Cebu. Far beyond expectation and an oasis in a desert of crap hotels. Needs a bit of local tours etc maps, shops, sights. Well done.

Family Friendly Hotel”
Thank you to all the staff of this brilliant hotel. We were taken good care of, they even asked us if we want baby cot when they saw we have an infant with us. Food in the cafe for breakfast is limited but it was still awesome! Love the ensaimadas! This has been our favorite hotel even before pandemic and returning to this property after 2 years still felt like HOME.

great location just needs some small improvements”
Very modern, comfortable, and great that it is linked to the Robinsons Shopping Centre without even going outside! Service was great as well. Now for a couple of things that need improvement: 1. they have sky TV boxes there but have only filipino channels and no movie channels like fox movies etc. would be great to see this fixed - we did ask and they said it has been "in process" for the last 6 months and they still dont know when it might happen 2. one of the 2 lifts was out for 2 of the 3 weeks we stayed - a bit more timeliness to get it fixed so people werent crowded and waiting for lifts would be good 3. the breakfast buffet had many options but still fell a bit short in variety compared to some other hotels.

Shoutout to Victor, the night Front Desk Officer who was very helpful. World Class Customer Service. Because of last minute changes to our itinerary, we had to extend our stay in Cebu. Victor was very understanding and provided us with options to help us cope with the changes. Breakfast was yummy. Must try is the Ube Champorado. Will definitely be back.

Best place for relaxation, peace, and quiet. If you're bringing work with you, i'd suggest you find someplace that offers a decent room facility for working comfort or at least with a decent and comfortable chair. Food taste awesome both in the restaurant and room service. Unfortunately no comfortable table available inside the room for a private couple meal. This is just solely based on the room we got. Not quite sure about the other more expensive rooms. Everything else is perfect. Location is strategic with easy access to points-of-interest. I'd date my wife again in this place anytime, hopefully no more work tagging along next time.

The best thing about this place is its proximity to Rob Galleria. Plus its location is strategically located where you dont get entangled on Cebu City's traffic jam. The breakfast that came with it is from Providore. They're ensaymada is to die for.

Wonderful hotel, big rooms, nice bathroom”
The Summit Galleria Cebu is located right next to the Robinson mall, about 30-40 minutes from the airport. The hotel is really wonderful, the rooms are big, the bathroom is nice with all amenities. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the pool is very nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. Worth its money.

Cozy staycation”
Breakfast buffet in Provodore is 😍 Cozy room, room temperature is good it's cold when we slept overnight so we turned offed the aircon. Water pressure and temp in the bathroom is good too. Nice and friendly staff. I love the indoor pool!! :) Hotel is connecting to Robinson Galleria so easy access to supermarket, dept stores and restaurants.

Tho hotel worth the money after all. Request for early check in and they approved without any extra charges. It easier to ask for a cab assistance and they will be on time. Last minute souvenir shopping? No worries the location is beside a mall. You can walk through the cafe and enter the mall directly. Fun stay and definitely will stay there again. Thank you to all the staff!

Summit Galleria is connected to the Robinson Mall in Cebu City. Conveniently located and with a first class Summit restaurant with several restaurants inside for other options. Breakfast is delicious with many options. The pastries are too pretty to eat. Sleep eat and shop!

Perfect for a short stay between Airport and Harbour ”
Perfect hotel with great breakfast. Only the windows at the pool area need a cleanup but nothing else. The Airport Shuttle drive close to the hotel, there hire a driver or walk 12 minutes. Up to now best for all our hotel in the Philippines (we had 10 during our trip)
