The PERFECT hotel for business & cozy staycations! ”
I've booked here multiple times since April because of their 5-star customer service (especially during breakfast!), very spacious and clean rooms, comfy and premium linens, the neat bathrooms (eco-friendly because their shampoo/cond and bath gel isn't individually packed) and ohhhh, the CITY VIEW ! =) We usually book Deluxe King rooms, but recently we tried adjoining rooms (Deluxe Twin + Deluxe King) and we were so happy with our stay! Also very pleased with the breakfast buffet that comes with unlimited brewed coffee and hot chocolate! Wifi is superb too. Also a huge plus that it's near Greenhills Shopping Center! This is now my go-to hotel for business trips and family staycations. You really do get the best value for your money especially for longer stays! If you're a traveler and you just need a place to relax and rest, this is perfect! But of course if you're after bay-views, luxurious infinity pools, spa treatments and multi-cuisine buffet spreads, you'll have to spend 3-5x the amount for the liks of Okada, Conrad, Grand Hyatt, Sofitel, etc (surely worth your money too) Thank you Summit Greenhills, will definitely be back soon!

Great Customer service /Great value for money ”
We stayed at summit for nearly a month. Excellent customer service with personal touch. The hotel is close to Greenhills shopping mall, nice restaurant and business districts. Thank you very much to the 2 guards (I don’t have there names ) Jed and Vanessa at the reception, Eman and Paul at the restaurant - May I request (next time ) I want fresh towel and my room cleaned everyday🙏💗 Definitely I will comeback. Love the buffet too!

We booked 3 rooms just a day before our stay. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. The breakfast buffet Is very good and the restaurant staff are very commendable specially Mr Ariel and Mr Jammel. We had a great stay. Quite a bit of walk from Greenhills Shopping Center but I don’t mind since it’s compensated by hotel features and service.

+ Room was spacious and clean! The bathroom was nice. Pool is also ok with an awesome view of the city. Breakfast buffet options were also very good! Overall our stay was awesome! Will definitely come back! - limited parking. If youre a new driver, it may be a challenge.

The hotel is very nice in a great location near the malls. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. This time I used the restaurant for the Father’s Day buffet and the food, choice and value were great and exceeded expectation and it turned out to be a most enjoyable evening finished off with the entertainment . My only negative comments from my first stay were addressed and this time upon check in we were advised room cleaning was carried out on request as a result of covid so this time I have nothing negative to say and my stay was most enjoyable .

Great value for money hotel”
For the price that we paid, this hotel is definitely up up there. Nice bed, pillows and very comfy. TV should be upgraded into at least a smart one as cable is really not so much nice these days but other than that it's all good. Service was top notch, the people are super helpful. Will definitely stay here again when needed.

Their staff is nothing but exceptional. We can’t commend them enough. We didn’t really expect much from this hotel, it’s just the closest hotel to my appointment, but they completely surprised us with their politeness and care. They’re always smiling. I will definitely stay at this hotel again

The hotel location is the best because it is near to Greenhills, like you can walk from the hotel. The staff are great and accomodating. Our room is big, we had the king room. Best value for money. We surely come back.

Everything was perfect couldn’t ask for more except I wish the TV was smart TV so i can watch Netflix! But it’s all gooddd! Suggestion for sanitary kit like alcohol and sanitizers in the room since we are still in a pandemic! :)

First time staying at Summit Hotel and we loved it. We got upgraded to a Junior suite and the staff was great. Breakfast needed more food and options but overall we enjoyed our stay.

I appreciated being so close to Greenhills and Cubao. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I like how the AC had a Quiet mode for when you are sleeping. The only issue was that there was no gym as advertised on the website. Other than that my stay was perfect.
