Excellent location and friendly staff”
We were a family of 8 and the hotel looked after us very well. The location is great with outstanding view if you get a balcony room. Staff super helpful and Nikki on reception was fantastic.

Excellent place to rewind”
Stayed in this hotel from 17.11.2020 to 20.11.2020 (3 nights). The hotel has just opened a few days ago after the Lockdown. All the facilities (pool etc) are not available, but most of the facilities are available. The location is excellent. The hotel staffs are polite and have an excellent helpful attitude. They really have gone to great extent to make out stay comfortable and I sincerely convey my thanks to tem.

A feel-good place ”
It was a great stay. The staffs were friendly, the food was damn good. The view from the room was quite nice. The only problem we had was to get a taxi from the location but overall the stay was great.

Good option for a descent stay at Namchi”
The hotel is good. Staffs are well behaved and most importantly it's serene location adds nicety. The only point which I felt is that their restaurant should be more open to take orders apart from the preset set window time to serve breakfast lunch and dinner.

Average Hotel with Below Average Food”
I felt that the hotel is under-staffed. They were almost always late for room service. But they tried their best to make us comfortable with smiling faces. Once they denied to serve 2 cups of tea at 6pm because "they were getting ready for dinner". They did send the tea afterwards after my requests. The gym is a joke; it's a very small room by the swimming pool containing two machines of which one was broken. The most disappointing part was the food. Over our stay of 4 nights, we ordered quite a lot of items from the menu. Nothing tasted good other than the french fries. Most of the items were bland and tasteless. There is a lot of scope for improvement.

If you're looking for standard hotel then apart from budget friendly then this is the only one. Property maintainance was done poorly. Property room are big and spacious but our room's bedside lamp was not working from day 1 and we complained but never rectified. Food option is little less.

Geyser, hair dryer, tv were not working.. queen size bed was there after asking for large bed.. pathetic standard of tea/coffee.. food was good.. there were no toiletries in the bathroom.. no slippers.. when asked they said they are out of stock.. breakfast menu (paid) was as per hotel not customer and that too charged very high.. dont recommend anyone to stay there..
