Recommended hotel”
I stayed in this hotel for four day. There is a nighclub in the second floor, so if you are stay in the second floor you would not sleep due to high music noise from the night club. But if you are in third or fourth floor there is no problem for slepping. The hotel located near the Baniyas metro statation. Also there are many shops around. I would recommend this hotel.

Location wasn't bad but the address mentioned on the Agoda confirmation was really hard to find. They mentioned Al Burj street and no one knows about this street. I informed that I will check in 6-7AM and I reached there at 8AM but room wasn't ready. I had to wait for 30 minutes. Room was okay but the bed was really bad. We asked them to replace the room but never happened.

If you want to stay for a night and have a good privacy, book this hotel. The location is just behind KFC near Baniyas Metro Station. There are a number of landmarks including Day to Day, 1-10, Souq and local restaurants nearby. The hotel can be better in terms of cleanliness. I saw some face powder on the coffee table just beside the bed. Hence, the cleaner tried to clean it after I reported it. For facilities, you can see some wear and tear. One of the lamps in my room is broken. One of the light switch is also not working. The internet connection is erratic. For staff, the cleaner named Angel is very helpful on providing information about the hotel and nearby establishments. This hotel can be better if the facilities and the cleanliness will be taken care of. PROS: very near from metro, free towels, 2 bottled water and toiletries, comfortable beds, side tables, security box, flat screen TV, huge mirrors and cheap buffet. CONS: erratic internet connection, not maintained well

Best stay of my entire trip”
During the 3 days of my stay, I enjoyed each and everyday of my stay. The rooms were spotless, ac working awesomely, spacious room, all the equipments working and the mini-bar was fully stoked. Also the staff were very helpful and polite. Totally recommended !

Its much more okay with phoenicia hotel. Though its just behind the phoenicia. Breakfast was good. The only thing that pissed us off was the staff at the restaurant who kept asking for our room number (4times). They do jot have coordination with the front desk if they offers room with breakfast. She kept on telling that "PAY AFTER MEAL" as if their food was tasty.

no pros. I hope this review will help the guset and hotel as well. with the price you pay, you can actually find a better hotel. the staffs are ok and helpful but the hotel itself is disappointing. they should make an effort to make rooms sound proof. the bars are not just loud it is vibrating and it is very uncomfortable for the guest to sleep, it is a guaranteed stress and morning headache and sorry the food also is not appetizing. No parking area as well and the location is very congested. a total disappointment.

Noisy hotel and service not good at all. ”
It was super noisy in the hotel coz the bar is in the same building. U cannot fall asleep until 4 am coz that’s time the bar closed. I will not recommend this one to anybody. U will suffer a lot.
