Great for the ferry port”
Comfortable place, room service at no extra service cost is nice. Spotless rooms. Busy main road outside and college/high school had some late night party on with loud music across the road. About 10 minutes walk to the ferry.

This was very close to the establishment I wanted to visit. It’s decent, but a bit dated. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. But the room itself was nice. The staff is excellent. Very attentive to all the customers. The hotel is very close to the Lite Port Center Mall, which is a great mall to visit with very good dining choices. Walking distance to Ramiro Hospital. A 5-minute ride to the pier. Good value.

2019 Review (stayed 2018) Pros: Very good location right in Tagbilaran City which is the center of everything in Bohol They have nice cafe where you can order food and coffee Cons: Old, dated rooms needs updating/modernisation No wifi in rooms :( Hence will not recommend to colleagues on business purpose Overall: With the airport transferred to Panglao Island, they need to rethink strategies to drive traffic to the hotel and modernise everything.

Budget hotel a short walk from the ferry port. Quite aged, so room didn't feel entirely clean. Hot water supply pressure seems to be higher than cold supply, meaning the only options are boiling hot, or low pressure...

Hotel location is perfect and staff in lobby was so nice and kind. Deluxe room was good but one step on bathroom is dangerous when go back to room. It's so slippery after shower. Breakfast experience was not good. Waiter and waitress not smile and not listen you wishes. If you wanna change you coffee or ice tea for tea, you have to pay 80 php more. Also ice tea was too sweet. Next morning asking nicely for fresher bread as laat morning and get nicely feedback for tea charge. Waiter not listen me and laughing and talk another waiter and laughing together. It's that how this hotel wants treat customers? I can recommend to stay. But forget the restaurant. There is no service, and food quality is totally lost as service in restaurant. 150 php for breakfast is so expensive when you compare what you can get other places. I wanted get 4 spot, but have to give only 3, because of restaurant.

I had a restful sleep. However, the bathroom didn't have a hot shower. I don't know if only Room 13 doesn't have hot running water, but letting guests choose between a hot and cold shower should be standard. The plated breakfast was allright, though.

This is a really nice place to stay in Tagbilaran! Liked the fact it has a cafe within the hotel so you don’t have to go far on rainy days, they also do nice dinner here and is also where you will have your breakfast. Breakfast is good, just egg and toast but really tasty, however they charged me 40piso 1 morning for just 1 slice of toast which I think is a bit harsh after already paying to have breakfast included! Staff are friendly, it’s moderately clean there were a few cockroaches in the room and the halls but small ones. Would stay again

Close to the pier, without heavy luggage you don’t need any transport. At the end of the same road you can find two malls and galleria Luisa. At beginning you can rent one scooter for one or more days. Value breakfast and nice staff

We have great time staying at sun avenue because, staff are good and courteous, the location is good also, malls is a walking distance. We find cheaper foods outside the hotel.

Very basic property, just as described. This is a one star or a 1.5 star property, exactly as described. It is very inexpensive and you will receive a basic room in exchange. Room has a TV and reasonably acceptable Wi-Fi. The breakfast with coffee in the morning is a nice touch. I would not want to stay here longer than one night , but I would definitely recommend this product as a basic room just to spend the night
