Good standard hotel with standard nice room and very clean. The twins room is bigger than other places. The location is very close to Tosu station, only 1 min walk. The breakfast is good with Japanese and Western food. There is a beverage machine with many selection. Recommend this hotel to stay in Tosu.

untidy room and staff are unprofessional”

First day, the staff send us to smoking room in 10/F, but my booking mentioned we request non-smoking room, they said they are unable to change the room for us, as the non-smoking room are full. The second day, they send us to 5/F for non-smoking room. However, the room is untidy and the bugs bite us all night long.

Convenient Location”

Very convenient if arriving by train, about 400yds from Tosu station. Note that Shin-Tosu station (shinkansen line) is about two miles away but local trains connect the two every 15mins or so. The reception staff had enough English to handle the checkin process smoothly. Buffet style breakfast was mainly Japanese food but there were some Western items such as croissants, other breads.

駅前。駐車場へのアクセスも比較的容易。 設備は綺麗で、アメニティも上質なものを提供されています。 バイキングタイプの朝食付きプランで3000円台というのは 通常、考えられないレベル。 鳥栖は福岡・佐賀・熊本・大分とどの方向へのアクセスにも便がいい。 そういう点からも利用したいホテルです。

駅から近く、寒い日に温かいウェルカムドリンクの珈琲が美味しかったです。入浴剤も暖まりました。朝ごはんが付いていて、この値段に満足です。

鳥栖駅がほとんど目の前でコンビニも近いので便利。朝食つきで今回の価格であれば十分満足です。

アメニティーの充実や清掃が行き届いていて気持ちよく過ごせます。コロナの影響で朝食が簡素化されていますが、助かります。

Wi-Fiが部屋ではほとんど繋がらずでした。朝ごはん付きで良かったです！お部屋はキレイ、駅近で飲食店も多くて、美味しい海鮮や佐賀牛も食べに行けました！スタッフさんも対応丁寧で良かったです！

低価格で利用出来大満足です”

低価格で予約出来、朝食を別に付けていただこうと連絡をしたところ、朝食付きでのお値段とのことでビックリ！しかもとてもおいしかったです。夕食の利用は出来ないとのことでしたが、駅近くである為か、飲食店が近くにたくさんありましたので不便はありませんでした。1つ残念だったのが、私が利用した部屋だけかもしれませんがカビ臭かったので清潔さをﾏｲﾅｽさせていただきました。最後になりましたが、フロントの女性2名の方がすごく対応が良かったです。ありがとうございました。
