Ko đáng tiền”

Không phải biệt thự hay villa mà chỉ là 1 nhà khách bình thường. Phòng có chăn mỏng, kem đánh răng loại ở các nhà nghỉ thông thường mấy trăm đồng/cái. Không có lược, dao cạo râu.... TV có nhưng ko xem dc kênh nào, mạng wifi yếu ko truy cập xem dc youtube bằng TV View phòng thì bị chắn bởi các tòa nhà xung quanh xây dựng nên ko dc như ảnh đâu. Nói chung giá quá đắt so với chất lượng dịch vụ.

Chào ban, cám ơn nhũng lời nhận xét của bạn dành cho Sun villa. Trước tiên mình xin lỗi vì những bất tiện mà bạn đã gặp phải như mạng yếu. Do Tam Đảo nằm trên độ cao trên 1000m , xung quanh là rừng, nhiều nhà nghỉ, khách sạn lượng khách truy cập đông nên khó tránh khỏi có lúc mạng yếu. Bên mình có nhân viên trực 24/24 nhưng không thấy bạn phản hồi lại là bạn cần chăn dày hơn hay tivi không xem được để bên mình khắc phục cho ban. Phòng bên mình chụp bằng camera thường không qua chỉnh sửa bạn xem ảnh như thế nào thì ngoài bạn nhận phòng như thế. Phòng vệ sinh được trang bị đồ dùng giống nhà nghỉ khách sạn. Bên mình là villa nên tiêu chuẩn không thể như khách sạn 5* được . Trong quá trình phục vụ khách hàng mỗi người một ý nên khó tránh khỏi có sai sót khiến khách hàng không hài lòng , rất mong nhận được sự thông cảm từ quý khách. Thân ái!
