Home away from home”
If you want a quiet neighborhood and don't mind walking a lengthy distance to stations 1 and 2 or you prefer lesser crowds, then this is the right place for you. The room is huge and has its own kitchen that has all you need. Plates, cutleries, pots, and a refrigerator. The room also features a centralized hot and cold water system and has a balcony where you can chill or hang your wet clothes. The staff was friendly, honest and very accomodating. You can easily request a room cleaning and change of beddings whenever you want.

Relaxing Place”
Location is great if you're into quiet place like us. The beach is literally just in front of the place and it is peaceful and not crowded. My husband and I really had a great time staying at Sundown for 21 nights and we'd be grateful to stay here again some other time. Staffs are also all nice and accommodating, but our special thanks goes to Ate Joy (the housekeeper) for being friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay. Looking forward to visit the island again soon.

One of the best small beachfront hotel”
Sundown is on the southern part of the 4km white sand boracay strip sunset side. Its a more quiet secluded part of Boracay. I stayed in a deluxe separated unit second floor. The view is amazing as in front beach 20 steps to the alluring blue water backdropped by coconut trees. if you need the stillness and value for your money, this is the place. To add, the hosts or owners are amazingly friendly and accomodating.

Quiet and very near beachfront”
Very nice place. Near beachfront like a few steps. For budget travelers, there is a sari sari store beside. There is also another sari sari store nearby that sells bbq at night. They also have beers which you can bring to the room. The place has balconies so you can eat well outside the room or even work. Hot shower is working, very spacious bathroom. A nice middle zen garden is also nicem

Exceptional”
The place is homey. Quite. View by the beach. Good food. Approachable staff. They clean the room every day. One thing I recommend tho is to have softer pillows. 😊

They have a sari sari store at the back. So if and in case you didnt bring shampoo, coffee, snacks-then no worries. Staff were nice. room was clean and huge.

quiet place”
-the staff were helpful even the son's owner except the one i talked to fb messenger, i was informed that the staff's name was Eva. I dont like the way she handled my queries, she should undergo CS training. -20 steps from the beach -the place was quiet and clean -no toiletries and drinking water

Premium accommodation for less!”
The room is super nice. It's so clean and the view is amazing. So spacious and it comes with a mini fridge and electric kettle. We really enjoyed our stay. A bit far from the heart of the white beach which could be good if you want to avoid the crowd. But not so fun when you want to go back and forth to D'Mall or other establishments to buy food etc. Staff is limited and they are only available from 10am up to 11pm I guess. We had early checkout and we were advised to just leave the keys in the room. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for couples.

Super bait and friendly ng owner. Maganda din yun mismong room. Friendly din mga staff nila and palagi sila nagaask if gusto magpalinis ng room. Tahimik din dito. And maganda sya for family. Meron din kitchen.. So pede magluto para mas makatipid lalo na if medyo magtagal kayo sa Boracay. Medyo malayo nga lang sya from station 1 and 2. Pero kayang kaya naman lakadin.

Peaceful Stay by the Beach”
Few meters from the beach and in a quiet area, so if tranquility is what you are looking for, then go for it. The facilities are quite old and not in the best shape, but still acceptable. Each room in the garden has also a terrace/patio which makes for a great escape from the sun. Staff is lovely, they treat you nicely even after you check out and let you leave luggage and use amenities. Breakfast was great here too (best value: American Breakfast) with a great view of the sea. I recommend placing your blanket under the palms early in the morning to avoid getting sunburnt :) BTW, the majority of the guests here are retired/old (nice) people from Europe BTW 2, beware of wandering dogs in the night, they can be very aggressive and attack you - not just near this hotel. Hotel's guide had to rescue me as the flock of three dogs got me surrounded.

Sundown Resort review”
This is a great place to stay at. It is located at Station 3 of Boracay white beach. It is a beach front Resort too. Very accommodating staff, they even let us leave our stuff by the reception area since we got there earlier. The place is so quiet, you can relax and chill. I recommend this place.
