A Heartwarming Experience Across the Board.”
Frankly, I cannot possibly say enough good things about this hostel. The staff : Gaby, Carlos, Sofia, Jake, Sarah, Val, Agustin, Marcos, Angel, Jenny are truly and genuinely some of the most fantastic people you could meet and are always super involved and engaging, I felt so taken care of! The smaller size of the hostel makes it that much homier, and the common areas are ripe for socializing. The hostel has activities running every night and most days, which are terrific (and rare vs. its peers)! Was super fortunate to have met some amaaaaazing people and to have had such an incredible stay, and most if not all of it was due to this hostel and its staff, I am forever grateful, and would absolutely recommend this hostel.

Best hostel ever”
I should stayed for 7 days, but i stayed for 15 days. I was so amazed for this place that i spent 1 week more. There is no word to define what i lived there. Maybe the best 15 days of my life!!! Thank you sungate one!! 😀

Staff could be better qualified”
The hostel itself is perfectly located. That is the main argument to go there. It is mostly clean. Now the downside, why I would not recommend there and pick an alternative: - one staff member started everyday to talk loudly at 7am in the morning and gave online English classes. Although the house rule was not to do noises from 11pm to 8am. This was extremely annoying because almost all the guests were still in sleep and woke up which caused bad mood among all. - also the bed is so used that the middle part of the mattress was so thin that the back touched the bottom of the bed. For this price better go to another hostel in my opinion.

I travelled with a friend. Our twin room was spacious and very comfortable and the hostel is clean and welcoming and the location is absolutely perfect. The staff is lovely and went out of their way to assist and accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this hostel to everyone, and should I ever visit Madrid again I would stay nowhere else!

Hands down one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Starting with the location, 2 min walk to Puerta del Sol, following with the amazing staff, giving great recomendations, organizing fun activities on a daily and always there to answer questions, free coffee and churros in the morning, and free dinner at night. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, clean everything. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, people are nice and warm. 10/10 would recommend!!

Great facilities - I like the fact that my four bed room didn't have bunk beds. Always nice to not have to climb up into your bed. The common area was a little strange, kind of tight. Otherwise, all in all very convenient - it's really close to Sol.

친절하고 솔광장에서 매우 가까운 위치입니다. 무료 저녁식사, 아침에 제공되는 간단한 빵과 음료도 맛있고 좋았습니다. 이벤트가 많은 곳이라 저녁식사 후에는 게임도 같이 하고 클럽도 같이 갑니다. 12시 전에는 좀 시끄럽기도 하지만 밤 12시 이후엔 쥐죽은 듯이 고요하니까 잠자는 데는 이상이 없었어요.

Not bad not good”
For 2nights i saw the staff cleaned shower and toilet. The room has enough space for each. Depends of shared people, i had a good time with people in the shared room. Nothing special but not bad.

Strongly Recommend”
Great location and nice staff. Things are clear and there are individual shower rooms. Some simple free breakfast and dinner are also provided. Staff will organize activities every day. Just one minor thing that there is no elevator.
